Facilities and Capacity
Insignia Steakhouse can accommodate up to 300 wedding guests in its indoor and outdoor event spaces. The venue's upscale event locations feature modern and elegant decor that is unlike your typical wedding hall. The dramatic red wine cellar is an amazing space to take photographs on your special day, and it overlooks the restaurant’s spacious dance floor. Cocktail hours are held at the venue’s grand bar and Hamptons-inspired outdoor lounge.

At Insignia Steakhouse, couples have exclusive access to the entire mansion on their wedding day, as the venue only hosts one event per day. Insignia is Amazing!
We truly could not have imagined a more perfect place to get married than Insignia Steakhouse & Sushi. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Working with Mirela was an absolute dream! She was attentive, organized, and brought our vision to life in ways that went far beyond what we had imagined. Her guidance and attention to detail made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free.
On the day of our wedding, the entire staff was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive not just to us, but to all of our guests. We received so many compliments about how amazing the service was. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests are still talking about it! Everyone had such an incredible time, and it truly felt like the perfect celebration. We are so grateful to Insignia and their team for making our wedding day unforgettable!

Incredible experience!
We absolutely loved our reception at Insignia. It was a perfect day, and I would encourage everyone to have their wedding reception here! My husband and I did not have a bridal party and opted to skip most traditional things done at a wedding (i.e. dancing with parents, garter, bouquet toss, etc.). Everyone was open to what we wanted, and all staff happily accommodated what we asked for. Mirela, our maitre' D and event organizer, was a pleasure to work with. When I arrived at the venue, she even offered to help me with the bustle for my dress. Communication during the planning phase was consistent and clear. The food was outstanding, and you will go home with delicious leftovers. Go for the platinum package - you won't regret it! I would highly recommend ordering the cookies and donuts as your wedding favors. There were so many great photo opportunities in this beautiful venue. As a nontraditional bride, I am so happy we chose this venue. Your dreams will come true and go beyond what you imagine at Insignia!

Having our wedding at Insignia was easily the best decision we made. Mirela and her team are the best of the best. Every single person involved in the day was attentive, professional and truly made for a seamless wedding day. Not a single thing went wrong and if it did, We would’ve never known! The drinks were strong and flowing all day. The torched bacon bar and sushi platters are a must have during cocktail hour. The food was absolutely amazing, Our guests keep talking about it. Mirela and her team even packed up our leftovers to take with us to our mini moon. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Its dark and moody interior makes for the best romantic atmosphere. You would’ve never known that our wedding was during the day. I wish we could re live our wedding day over and over again. Thank you so much to every single staff member at Insignia who made the day what it was! We are truly grateful!

Top Notch Wedding Venue! ❤️
If you are looking for a venue that combines stunning beauty with stress-free planning, Insignia Steakhouse in Smithtown is it! We hosted 125 guests, and the layout was perfect, allowing for a seamless transition from the ceremony to the reception. The staff is incredibly attentive—they anticipated needs before we even had them! A special shout-out to “MIRELA” for coordinating with our vendors! She was there every step of the way, supporting us from the ceremony to the very end of our reception. Mirela was kind enough to hand me my lipstick when I needed it, too lol!
The food was incredible, and our guests are still raving about the high-class selection, decor, & the smooth transition from the wedding ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception room!

Amazing venue
This is an amazing venue to have a wedding. Mirela was amazing and the whole process was so smooth. She is very prompt to answer any questions I had. Most guests spoke about how amazing the food was. That definitely was a highlight of the evening. I was so happy with our experience we had! I definitely recommend 😊
