Insignia is Amazing!
We truly could not have imagined a more perfect place to get married than Insignia Steakhouse & Sushi. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Working with Mirela was an absolute dream! She was attentive, organized, and brought our vision to life in ways that went far beyond what we had imagined. Her guidance and attention to detail made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free.
On the day of our wedding, the entire staff was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive not just to us, but to all of our guests. We received so many compliments about how amazing the service was. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests are still talking about it! Everyone had such an incredible time, and it truly felt like the perfect celebration. We are so grateful to Insignia and their team for making our wedding day unforgettable! -

Incredible experience!
We absolutely loved our reception at Insignia. It was a perfect day, and I would encourage everyone to have their wedding reception here! My husband and I did not have a bridal party and opted to skip most traditional things done at a wedding (i.e. dancing with parents, garter, bouquet toss, etc.). Everyone was open to what we wanted, and all staff happily accommodated what we asked for. Mirela, our maitre' D and event organizer, was a pleasure to work with. When I arrived at the venue, she even offered to help me with the bustle for my dress. Communication during the planning phase was consistent and clear. The food was outstanding, and you will go home with delicious leftovers. Go for the platinum package - you won't regret it! I would highly recommend ordering the cookies and donuts as your wedding favors. There were so many great photo opportunities in this beautiful venue. As a nontraditional bride, I am so happy we chose this venue. Your dreams will come true and go beyond what you imagine at Insignia! -

Having our wedding at Insignia was easily the best decision we made. Mirela and her team are the best of the best. Every single person involved in the day was attentive, professional and truly made for a seamless wedding day. Not a single thing went wrong and if it did, We would’ve never known! The drinks were strong and flowing all day. The torched bacon bar and sushi platters are a must have during cocktail hour. The food was absolutely amazing, Our guests keep talking about it. Mirela and her team even packed up our leftovers to take with us to our mini moon. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Its dark and moody interior makes for the best romantic atmosphere. You would’ve never known that our wedding was during the day. I wish we could re live our wedding day over and over again. Thank you so much to every single staff member at Insignia who made the day what it was! We are truly grateful! -

If you are looking for a venue that combines stunning beauty with stress-free planning, Insignia Steakhouse in Smithtown is it! We hosted 125 guests, and the layout was perfect, allowing for a seamless transition from the ceremony to the reception. The staff is incredibly attentive—they anticipated needs before we even had them! A special shout-out to “MIRELA” for coordinating with our vendors! She was there every step of the way, supporting us from the ceremony to the very end of our reception. Mirela was kind enough to hand me my lipstick when I needed it, too lol!
The food was incredible, and our guests are still raving about the high-class selection, decor, & the smooth transition from the wedding ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception room!

We had our wedding at Insignia, and it was truly the most incredible experience from start to finish. From the very first meeting, our maître d’, Mirela, was an absolute joy to work with. She immediately understood my vision, every detail, every vibe, every moment I pictured — and somehow made it all come to life even better than I imagined. She was attentive, kind, and so organized throughout the entire process. Mirela made everything feel effortless and stress-free, which is exactly what every bride hopes for.
The day of the wedding could not have gone smoother. Every transition, from the ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner and dancing was seamless. The staff was on top of everything before I even had to ask. The food was outstanding; our guests are still talking about how delicious and beautifully presented everything was. The drinks were flowing, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was top-notch from start to finish.

Insignia Steak House and Sushi in Smithtown is a five-star restaurant and wedding venue! My husband and I just had our wedding there on June 14, 2025, and we cannot begin to explain how amazing our wedding was!!!! The way they transformed the restaurant was magical. Food was delicious, as always!!! Mirela from Insignia was our wedding coordinator and planned everything for us; from their house photographer, North Island Photography *, their top-tier DJ service & the florist Fiori Florist. Everyone exceeded our expectations, and we were so elated when we saw the room set up for our wedding. I was in tears from when it started to when it ended. Mirela was there second to make sure everything was perfect. The tables were set and everyone was so happy!!!! I would love to give them 10 stars, not just the five on a wedding venue review. If you want to have your wedding, I would highly advise checking out Insignia in Smithtown and asking Mirela to speak with you about planning your special day!!!!! An absolute success!!!!! 🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -

Dream wedding
There’s a reason why Insigina has been voted best wedding venue of the year so many times. There are no worries. Everything was taken care of. Highly highly recommend this venue to anyone that wants their guest to talk about their wedding for years to come. We had the easiest, calmest, most wonderful day. The staff was incredible. Mirela and her staff are beyond professional- they have a high bar set for excellence. I am so grateful to have chosen them! -

Flawless Wedding
I am almost speechless writing this because of how amazing and perfect our wedding day was with Insignia. Mirela, Kaven and the rest of the staff made our dreams come true. They were attentive, kind and made sure no details were missed. Most people have things that went wrong on their wedding day.. not us. Everything went off perfectly. We had high praises on everything from the food to the drinks to the venue. I cannot stop raving about them and how everyone should have there wedding at Insignia. -

Our Picture Perfect Wedding
Firstly, our wedding process began with Mirela and we can't say enough positive things about her for making our day absolutely perfect. We opted out of hiring our own wedding planner and that ended up being the right choice because we had Mirela. In our initial meeting, she walked us through our day in detail, she put us at ease with any questions/concerns we had, responded to emails and calls leading up to our day extremely fast, and made sure the day of was out of our dreams. If you are fortunate enough to work with her, know that you’re in the best of hands and your day will be exactly how you envisioned. On top of that, the staff at Insignia is top-notch. Our guests didn’t wait for a drink for more than 2 minutes, everyone was very respectful and accommodating, the food is some of the best you’ll ever have and the venue is gorgeous. We were lucky enough to have clear weather so the outdoor space for the ceremony made our day seem like a dream come true. We have zero complaints and HIGHLY recommend any couple to have their special day at the Insignia Prime venue. -

From beginning to end, Insignia hosted our dream wedding. Mirela was amazing to work with and did a great job coordinating all the details to make the day come together. The cocktail hour food was outstanding. Everyone raved about the sushi. The salad and main course were delicious. We have always loved going to Insignia for dinner and we were excited to host all our friends and family at one of our favorite restaurants. They exceeded our expectations and we would recommend Insignia to anyone who is looking to have a wedding somewhere other than a catering hall. -

I recently got married at Insignia and I cannot say enough good things!! I had read many positive reviews prior to our wedding and they were all spot on! We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the restaurant and it was all so wonderful. Our guests loved the food, drink, and they raved about the service. Nobody had to wait for a drink and the wait staff was so attentive and pleasant! Insignia recommended our DJ, made our cake (which was delicious), and handled our centerpieces and I was so happy with all of it. We planned our wedding in just over 4 months and Mirela (our Maitre D) made the process very easy. She was responsive and made you feel very confident throughout the planning - I knew we were in good hands. Lastly, I feel very good about how we spent our money for the celebration. The prices at Insignia are so reasonable, especially when you compare to other catering halls - and the quality of food and service just does not compare! I am so grateful I had such a beautiful day and I high recommend Insignia! -

Insignia provided the classiest venue we could have dreamed of. The professionalism of the staff, the superior talented chefs, and Mirela the banquet manager gave us a day to remember for a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, Thomas was waiting for us with a tray of ice water and continued to make sure that we were hydrated throughout the day. Not a second went by without a staff member by our side making sure our needs were met. They were always two steps ahead and we did not have to stress about anything!!! Our families and friends are far beyond impressed with the food and service as we are and we are STILL receiving texts and calls about how amazing our wedding was! Insignia was the first and ONLY venue we met with and we are so glad we chose them. If you are considering Insignia for your special day, you will not regret it. We had our wedding at Insignia on 5/21/21. One word: Magnificent! The level of professionalism exhibited by Mirela and the entire staff at Insignia Steakhouse is beyond flawless! Mirela was very courteous and helped everything run so smoothly that it gave my bridesmaids, husband and I time to really enjoy the wedding and not worry about anything stressful! The wedding assistant Taylor was fantastic and such a sweetheart! Whatever we needed, he brought it right over and kept me in the loop of how everything was going, which calmed my nerves completely. Our server Kaven was exceptional and attentive. He made sure we ate, and whatever we didn't finish, he made sure to pack up everything so nicely for us to take to enjoy at home.
Everything was phenomenal, and choosing Insignia for our wedding venue for both the ceremony and reception was the best decision we have made! Insignia has a gorgeous outdoor/indoor area for wedding ceremonies, and my husband and I opted to rent their GORGEOUS flower wall! It is entirely worth it! Our photos look stunning, and many of the guests raved about the decor! Mirela, Taylor, and the staff at Insignia were able to take all the decor and envision something beyond my expectations! My family and I were beyond happy with how everything turned out! They have an excellent eye for this, and their professionalism was beyond evident. We held the cocktail hour and the reception in a private room, and our guests loved everything! I am still receiving phone calls and messages from my family and friends about how delicious the food and excellent the cocktails were at Insignia! Many of my guests are planning to return to Insignia for dinner, and a few are planning to get married there as well! My word of advice: Don't look any further; contact Mirela at Insignia. I promise it was the best decision we made, and My husband and I couldn't be any happier with how everything turned out! We will definitely be going to Insignia for future events! There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible our wedding day was at Insignia Steakhouse! From the moment we first visited, we knew this place was for us. “Surprisingly Different”, as their slogan says, is the perfect description for Insignia, as it is indeed in a league of their own.
Working with Mirela from day one has been a dream come true. She made the whole wedding planning process easy and stress free! She answered every question promptly, offered suggestions, but was never trying to “sell you” on anything. The Insignia process is idea for a bride planning on her own.
Since our wedding day on 02.22.2020, we still have guests raving about Insignia! The venue, ambiance, and of course, the food, have people still talking!
Insignia will always hold a special place in our hearts, as it made our wedding day the Best Day Ever!!! -

I just had my wedding reception at Insignia 1/4/2020 and it was beyond what I expected. OUTSTANDING VENUE! I worked mostly with Mirela who was our maitre d the day of, and also with Marissa throughout the planning process. Both ladies deserve 5 Stars! The entire staff is extremely dedicated and attentive to all your personal touches to make the day special. They always replied quickly to any questions we had, etc. Kaven took care of my husband and I the day of the wedding and he was also fantastic. He always ensured we had plenty of food and drinks and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything throughout the night. The entire staff is friendly and helpful no matter who you are working with. I also highly recommend the bacon station and the nutella stuffed cookies as an exit station! Our guests were blown away by the quality of the food they were eating at a wedding. Weeks later we are still receiving phone calls about the amazing food and service from family and friends. I am looking forward to having many anniversary dinners at Insignia and want to thank everyone again for making our day perfect. -

I recently had my wedding at Insignia on 11/30/19. My husband and I had the most amazing experience with Insignia and its amazing staff from day one. We have been to many weddings over the years and they all felt the same.
We were searching for something different - not a traditional catering hall. Insignia was our first and only choice. Mirela was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was so helpful with all of my questions and extremely accommodating with my schedule. She made the planning process a breeze and was able to bring my vision to life. We had the ceremony and reception and Insignia and we are still receiving compliments about both. The whole venue is so beautifully decorated -- it really stands out against the "traditional" wedding venues. You feel the NYC vibe without leaving Long Island. The staff at Insignia is highly efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We can’t rave enough about the amazing food and drinks at Insignia. The menu options are beyond anything we’ve ever seen at a wedding. If you are looking for an unforgettable wedding, I highly recommend Insignia. -

Where do I begin?! We knew after minutes of meeting Mirela at Insignia that this was where we wanted to have our wedding. We wanted a different vibe at our wedding, more of a restaurant kind of feel with a great atmosphere and that is exactly what we got! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect--not ONE problem! From when we arrived for our first look to the moment we left, everything was flawless. We had our ceremony there and it was so lovely. Following the ceremony, I cherish the quiet moments that my husband and I had. We were given a platter of delicious cocktail hour food and had the opportunity to enjoy our just married excitement in private. Because Insignia is a restaurant, the food was perfection. We did a sit down meal with six entrees and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! Our server was Josue and he was so attentive, friendly, and reliable. He had waters ready the moment I needed it, he had new drinks in our hands the second they looked close to empty, and served us absolutely every dish available! He made great recommendations and made our day perfect. I have to share how wonderful Mirela is. Going into planning a wedding, I was very nervous based on experiences I had heard about, but Mirela eased every concern I had every step of the way. She has handled my never ending questions for six months with quick and kind responses, she maintained a fun stress-free environment, she was calming when needed, and she coordinated the most perfect day. By the time we had our final details meeting, I knew it would be the best day of my life--and it was. Insignia is an incredible venue and I highly recommend that you check it out! -

Our wedding was 9/14/19! From the moment we walked into Insignia to check it out, we fell in love. We worked with Mirela and her team and can not say enough good things about them!! Mirela was so kind and listened to everything we asked for. No amount of planning could have prepared us for the most magical day of our lives! Everything was perfect!! We hosted 200+ guests and they all had the time of their lives! The venue was gorgeous and the food was amazing!! The staff at Insignia is the best!! Every person we encountered was truly a professional!! The attention to detail better than anything I could have imagined!! Our cocktail hour was so much fun! I strongly recommended upgrading to the bacon station!! It was delicious and looked so cool!! We are so grateful for Mirela and her team! They went above and beyond and made our day the best ever!! The restaurant is gorgeous on its own but for weddings they go all out!! And the food!!! The chef is amazing and everything was made to order which is way better than any catering hall food! They sent us home with food which was awesome since we didn’t get to eat too much during the party!! The grounds are beautiful and because it was such a nice day, we got to enjoy all of the beautiful porches and patios! Thank you to Mirela and all staff at Insignia!! Mind blowing wedding with beyond expectations service
Let me tell you. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. My husband and I are huge foodies and decided to have our wedding here on the food alone at first because the tasting was sooooo good - steak and truffle Mac and cheese and crab cakes omg. And sushi YESSS so yummy. BUT once we signed the contract - Marissa and Mirela the Maitre D’ still answered all of my million calls, all of my emails and all of my silly questions for an entire year!! They were beyond incredible and such “yes” people. The crew took care of our every single need and request - we had a chuppah that needed to be put together and they did everything without a question.we had a personal server “Kaven” who was a life saver- he made sure we ate the entire wedding and was even guarding us so we can eat! we got an oyster bar and he saved us a lot of oysters on ice since we missed the cocktail hour so we can take family pictures. We loved every second of the wedding and it’s because we can enjoy it. Since Kaven and Marissa took care of our every need. They came up to us and would check up on us and the wedding is just gorgeous. The wine cellar is so nice and the food is so great. Just sign up now. Do it. -

I do not know where to begin, Insignia did the most amazing job on our wedding. Mirela was absolutely amazing the food, the decor, everything was top notch. My friends are still talking about the food how it was restaurant quality not catering hall quality. The sushi was nothing but fresh. The transition from ceremony to reception was perfect and smooth. Cocktail hour was amazing. The staff was so helpful and on point I can not recommend insignia enough. I hope someone I know gets married there so I can attend another wedding there it was one of the best weddings most of my friends have been to. I am still getting calls weeks later. Insignia was the first and only location we visited when picking our venue. I knew that I wanted something different, but different often comes with a lot of work, stress, a large bill, and very little guarantee. However Insignia was everything I wanted, and nothing I didn’t all in one. What Mirela and the entire staff did that truly made our day what it was.
From our first meeting to every email, Mirela answered every single one of my questions directly, honestly, and with care. There were no hidden policies or fees, and I never felt uneasy about a thing. She never forgot anything I asked for, never tried to disregard any concern, and went out of her way to make everything as easy, convenient and as straightforward as possible.
A quick list of all the things Mirela and the staff did to accommodate us and make our wedding absolutely perfect:
Perfectly set up all of our decor, and truly paid attention to all the details.
Made extra time for our florist and their set up.
Gave us our own display of appetizers during the cocktail hour and made sure we had time to eat them just the two of us.
Mirela flawlessly orchestrated our ceremony procession and fixed my train before I walked down the aisle as well as secured my bustle during cocktail hour.
Made sure all of our decor and personal items were together and ready to go, as well as packed up leftover food (which was amazing).
They did literally everything without hesitation or an ounce of pushback.
From the hostess, to the waiters, the bartenders, valet, and to our own personal attendant, every single person went above and beyond. They made our guests feel like they weren’t only attending a wedding, but that they were having their own night out where they were just as seen and important as anyone else.
Our family and friends are still talking about the food. The appetizers blew away any wedding appetizers people have had before. Guests shared with us they felt that not only was the food the best they’ve ever eaten at a wedding, but that is was some of the best food they have ever eaten in general.
At the bar, our guests absolutely loved that they could literally drink the best of anything they wanted, and they are still talking about the pomegranate martinis. At one point, a family member dropped a fork and as he was getting up to get a new one, one of the waiters had already noticed and replaced it for him. Our own attendant was so accommodating that not only were our champagne glasses never empty, but she made sure that they were never even the slightest bit warm, always bringing us chilled refills. Also worth noting that everyone always tells people when wedding planning is to make sure the bride and groom eats. It was impossible for us not to eat on our day. There was so much food brought right to us, and so much time for us to sit and eat that we felt so cared for.
The morning after our wedding, a family member asked if anything went wrong or if there was anything I would have done differently. I had to stop and pause because I didn’t realize until she had asked, that not a single thing had gone wrong, and that there was not a single thing I would have done differently. I don’t think I could have said that if it were not for Insignia and Mirela.
Our day felt as if it wasn’t just another wedding, but that ours was the only wedding.

Amazing doesn’t begin to describe it
If you are looking for something non-traditional but with service and food that is unparalleled, this is your venue. Mirela and her team are simply amazing. They are easily the most professional group I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond to make sure your vision comes true and is truly flexible to meet your needs. When a few guests couldn’t come because of medical emergencies, she used the money we paid for already and added an additional food item and adjusted the seating so easily. I felt so confident leading up to our day and on the day of because we were in their hands. We had a May wedding with roughly 70 guests. I would choose this location again and again and again. -

The entire staff is so professional and the service is unmatched. Everyone raved about the food and the layout. It was nice to have an outdoor area, a huge bar, a dance floor, and the tables. They really do a great job of making your wedding "yours". If you're on the fence of where to get married, trust you will have no complaints with Insignia. -

I cannot say enough good things about Insignia and the entire staff. Mirela was amazing throughout the whole process. She answered all of my questions and really made my vision come to life. I am a control freak and Mirela and the staff especially our waiter Kaven made sure every detail was in order. The food was exceptional and everyone is still raving about it. As a former waitress/bridal attendant I have worked a couple of hundred weddings and if you are looking for something unique, beautiful and hands down the best food a wedding could have you must have your wedding at Insignia. The day was so perfect that if I could I would do it all over again at Insignia. -

Absolutely Perfect!
Everything was perfect. The staff was exceptional and professional. Mirela the banquet manager exceeded our expectations on our truly magical day. Everything on our timeline ran smoothly thanks to Mirela and her staff. The food and drinks were on point. The truffle Mac and cheese Is everything!!!!!!!
My husband and I are looking forward to having dinner there this summer. We can’t wait to go back. -

I had my wedding at Insignia on January 12, 2019. It was the most unique, amazing, exceptional wedding. If you're looking for something different than the traditional wedding hall, this is it. My husband and I wanted something unique, exceptional food and service and different than every other wedding we've attended. Mirela, the wedding coordinator is there for you for every detail of the event. I even had the ceremony onsite and it was perfect. Food was top notch, drinks were top shelf and everyone had a blast. You get the five star service you expect fro Insignia. I would not change one thing about my wedding day.. it was the perfect venue. -

We got married at Insignia on 12/15/2018 and everything at the venue was perfect. Mirela and her staff did an amazing job coordinating everything and making the day as stress-free as possible. Even though we arrived to the venue late AND somehow lost all of our seating chart assignment cards, Mirela made sure that the event went off without a hitch. By the time the cocktail hour ended, she even had created a new visual representation of our seating chart and most of our guests had no idea that we even lost the cards. The food was absolutely amazing, and all of the extras were well worth the fees. The bourbon and cigar bar was a huge hit with the guests. We would absolutely recommend Insignia for your wedding or for any event! 5 stars without hesitation. -

We were happy with everything from the setup to the amazing delicious food, but most of all we were amazed by how awesome our event coordinator Mirela was. Insignia Steakhouse NAILED it! I truly had the best wedding experience on 9/9/18 and Insignia was the main reason for it. My husband and I are far from a traditional couple so when it came to picking a venue for our wedding we knew we wanted something uniquely different than your typical wedding hall atmosphere and Insignia was exactly that. We only had to visit two places to realize Insignia was the one. Not only were we immediately swept away with the gorgeous decor, delicious food and the option to have the entire restaurant to ourselves, it was really Mirela, our Banquet Sales Manager, who solidified our decision to book with Insignia for our wedding day ceremony and reception. Her sweet and welcoming, yet very professional personality made us feel like we were immediately in great hands. And we were! My husband, who is not the easiest to please, left our initial meeting so impressed by Mirela’s ability to sense our needs and cater to our personalities to a tee. She never once tried to oversell or make us feel like we had to book. She worked with us on pricing, answered each and every email (and there were a ton!) quickly and in detail, reassuring me everything would be perfect. And it truly was! She really was my go to girl for everything! On the day of Mirela coordinated everything to perfection, working with her staff and all of our other vendors on setup, scheduling and flow. Even when a few curve balls came her way, Mirela and team were on point! The food, service, and decor was outstanding! The compliments have not stopped and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out! To any future couple looking for an outside of the box venue that flawlessly delivers, I highly recommend Insignia Steakhouse! -

Mirela and Amir were a pleasure to work with and made this day stress free. people are still talking about my wedding 3 months later. Premium liquor and fancy cocktail hour was a huge hit. I wouldn't change a thing about the whole day. one thing that really stuck out the morning of was when my little boy went to out on his shoes and they didn't fit. I was panicking about him walking down the aisle with his socks.. right before the ceremony Mirela ran to the nearest Payless an purchased hi the right size shoe and rushed it back to us. it saved the day. The restaurant is very flexible with add ons. the tasting was great, we were treated like royalty. I felt like I was in Manhattan at a fancy club partying with all of my close friends and family. thank you to insignia for all that you did for us on that day

Steven Sent on 10/04/2018All of our guests could not stop talking about the food and the exceptional service they experienced at Inisignia. We have probably been there at least a dozen times for dinner, but this was our first time being there for a wedding, and thankfully it was OUR wedding! We could not have asked for a better ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. Every single pass around hors d'oeuvres was better than the next, and the sushi was fresh and incredible. The dinner was equally as amazing and after asking several guest what they chose, each meal was delicious (Filet, Strip, Skirt, Sea Bass, Salmon, etc). I didn't hear one negative thing the entire day except that it went too fast! Thank you again for all of your attention and guidance throughout the entire process. You cannot find a better venue on Long Island for a wedding. #facts

I really thought it was going to be out of our budget but we made it happen! Mirela (the maitre’d) is a sweetheart and an absolute pleasure to work with! She is very organized, very responsive to any questions and concerns you may have and made sure the party ran smoothly! The servers were attentive to our guests! The bartenders (Jessica and Michael) kept the drinks flowing and that kept our guests VERY happy!! Insignia is yours for the day-the patios, the bar area, dining room etc. The food is outstanding-it was creative, delicious and quite memorable. The apps did not disappoint-duck tacos, sliders and bacon to name a few. Our guests raved about how the steak and salmon were cooked so perfectly. And the drinks spot on!!! (The drinks pretty much sealed the deal for us-make sure to try them ALL!! Our out of town guests even mentioned they would be back for a meal here!
Our friends and family can’t stop talking about what an amazing party we had! Our guests have requested we throw a party for our 1 year vow renewal! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to celebrate our marriage at Insignia! It really went sooo fast make sure you take a moment to soak it all in and enjoy your special day!

Dina Sent on 09/13/2018There are no words to describe just how perfect our Insignia reception was, let alone the entire planning process leading up to our big day...absolute perfection! We met with Mirela back in April of 2018 in search of a venue for our September 7, 2018 wedding. My husband and I had a long list of must haves and no location was able to meet them until we met with Mirela, our wedding coordinator at Insignia. Over the next 6 months Mirela responsed to every crazy email, request and even last minute overwhelmed bride melt-down tantrum with not only an extremely prompt response but also the perfect solution. No request was ever too big or a problem. We cannot say enough good things about her. Such a pleasure. And Mirela kept it up and was right by our side throughout the reception, making sure all our needs were met and that everything ran on schedule. Mirela’s example was followed by the entire staff. Every server at our reception was beyond attentive and even intuitive to the needs of our guests. The service was just impeccable! And of course the food was to die for. It’s a week later and people are still calling and texting talking about how that was not only the best wedding food they have ever had, but the best meal they have ever had. Insignia was hands down absolute perfection from start to finish and made our wedding our favorite day ever.

I did not have to worry or think about anything all I had to do was have a good time. They worked with me to set up the rooms exactly how I envisioned it and it was absolutely stunning. Our personal server Sean was phenomenal. He was there the entire day I was never with out food or a drink or anything else I needed. The food was outrageous. My guests are still talking about how it was the best "wedding food" they have ever had. It was not catering hall food at all it was delicious steak house food. I could not have asked for a better day! They made my wedding dreams come true! me and my husband are actually going back on our one month anniversary to enjoy the food again. Definitely go to Insignia and you will fall in love immediately.

Randi Sent on 11/22/2017We got married at Insignia on 11.5.17 and it was AMAZING!!!! It was everything we wanted and more. We heard great things before week booked but as soon as we met Mirela, we knew this was the place for us! She is so good at what she does! Besides being one of the nicest people I have ever met, she made us feel comfortable from the beginning, answering every question I had before I even had to ask. She had everything covered from beginning to end and didn't miss a beat!! I honestly cant say enough good things about her. We just knew we wanted something different, and something that stood out from all the usual catering halls. Insignia is beautiful. Modern and classy and seriously the best food on Long Island. Our guest are still texting and calling us and our parents to say how fabulous everything was, especially the food! The Filet Mignon and the Chicken were favorites, and the Sushi was amazing!! And the Truffle Mac & Cheese is beyond!!! We choose the buffet style and it was perfect. So much more casual and relaxed, definitely the way to go if you want to spend most of the day drinking and dancing! Plus the Bar is huge and the staff was wonderful! They really had everything covered, nobody waited for a drink all day! And the signature cocktails were delicious. Even cocktail hour, the wait staff were very professional and friendly telling people about all of the amazing options and they brought them out non stop! Not like other places where you have to wait by the kitchen and chase them around. They have it down to a science! Our favs: duck tacos, Kobe beef sliders, spring rolls, and crab cakes! Everything was amazing! I cant say enough, just trust me and book your wedding here! You will not be sorry, it was awesome!! Thanks to everyone at Insignia, especially Mirela for making our wedding day the best day of our lives ❤️
