went here for a massage and wax before the wedding. So wonderful! Would highly recommend this vendor to any ladies in the blacksburg area. And I had my first wax ever here, and it was a good experience. Trustworthy and competent vendor!

I loved working with the group at Innovations! They were so friendly and accommodating to my needs and my 3 bridesmaids needs. We all got manis/pedis and they were able to work everything out so we could get it all done together in the quickest way. None of the other upscale salons were friendly or accommodating for 4 girls. I also had one of the stylist, Kaylee, come out and do my hair and makeup at my venue. She got there before I did! She did such an amazing job! I was such a needy bride, I got her to do and redo my makeup and hair until I apsolutly loved it and Kaylee could have been nicer or more accommodating to me. All the ladies at the salon were so nice and friendly when we came in for our manis/pedis. And the women that I worked with to make the reservations really did an excellent job keeping up with all my appointments and costs.

Cindy was amazing! I loved her and most importantly I LOVED the way my hair looked! Just call to set up your appointments, they will also hold some spots for your bridesmaids to call in. I am not sure how expensive hair typically is but I was told it would be $50 but because I didn't have a viel, I lucked out and they only charged me $40. Not sure that is policy... but it was great! I don't think they do make up but they also have great spa packages for you and your bridesmaids the week of your wedding.

Great people and wonderful staff! I got my hair, eyebrows, and a wax done the week before the wedding, had myself and 4 bridesmaids get mani/pedis the day before the wedding, and hair and makeup for myself and all my girls the morning of. Everything turned out really, really well! My hair and makeup were absolutely gorgeous done by Kayln (and a few others!). Our mani pedi's were all done together at the same time (four of us) and they helped me plan a schedule for the day before/day of. The only tiny mark-down's were a struggle to remove one of my bridesmaid's gel polish and running over time on my hair/make-up and the main-pedis. Plan more extra time than they think! Otherwise and overall, a wonderful experience!
