Hi My name is Heather Benoit. I am the owner and head photographer for Inland Empire Photos. I love running my business full time and love my job as a
photographer even more. From the planning stages of your wedding day and engagement photos, capturing all the details of your special day, to completely
airbrushing and putting all of your images through a rigorous editing process. I enjoy making you and your loved ones look their absolute best in their photos. No
one wants a memory forever that they look terrible in! I can think of a few photos of me on Facebook I wouldn't mind deleting...

I was always interested in photography and cameras. I'll spare you the details of how many times I "borrowed" my Mom's 35mm film when I was 5 years old. Ahhh the
good old days. Anyhow, let's fast forward about 14 years. I was hired by a government contracted company to travel the globe photographing landmarks. This is where I really developed my photoshop skills and received in-depth training of on-location photography. I am an artistic person and really wanted to let my
creative side out. I started photographing anything that would even mutter the words cheese and maybe even cheese itself. Not much has changed on that part
unfortunately, for the love of my life (ie husband) and our toddler. I liked my job, but I longed to be home with my family, I got home sick. I longed to be home
with my family and in the California sun. I took a few months off and then decided I missed the camera too much. Coupled with my creativity, practice, sweat,hard
work my desire for shorter travels: HBPhotography was born, a few months and correct business licensing later- Inland Empire Photos by Heather Benoit was the long awaited home for my drive, fun and creativity (oh yeah and HARD work, don't let anyone tell you starting and maintaining a photography business is easy!) We
photographers love to make it look effortless because you don't often see what goes on behind the scenes, but for your benefit I'll leave it that way so maybe
your Aunt Chloe won't realize that pimple on her face is the size of jupiter, because it was never there to begin with, right? (The part where you nod yes very
zombie like).

So that's kind of my journey in a small long-winded nutshell. All kidding and photographing aside, I really enjoy gaming (video not casino, oh well I guess you
have to throw in casino too because I did get married at The Flamingo in Las Vegas!) Shopping :X, Chinese food, The Hat, and I am a total sucker for cute shoes.
