I had my hair and my make-up done by the Indulgence Salon team for my December 10th wedding and both women did an incredible job. I could not be happier with how it turned out. They both delivered exactly what I asked for. I showed them pictures and explained what I was going for with my overall look, and they made it happen.

I asked Kuri to give me a wavy natural looking hairstyle that I could wear down – I also wanted it to have an old Hollywood sort of feel. She gave me soft waves/gentle curls that held the entire evening without excessive product! I was extremely impressed and it looked awesome!

I also loved my make-up. I wanted something glamorous that still felt semi-natural since I don’t usually wear make-up and I didn’t want to feel like a stranger when I looked in the mirror. The woman that did my make-up (I’m so sorry! I don’t know her name!) made sure to keep that in mind and was awesome. I loved the final look.

I got ready at the reception location (Country Club of Pittsfield) since that is where the pictures were going to be happening prior to the ceremony and they came and did their work on site. It was awesome and one less thing to worry about. It was also super helpful that I got to have a trial a few weeks before the wedding because it allowed us to tweak the look to make sure it was perfect for the big day.

I got so many compliments on my hair and make-up, and I’m really glad I chose Indulgence Salon!

Becky and her team were so sweet and accommodating. They had breakfast and mimosas for the bridal party while we were getting ready. A very talented group!

I was a bit disappointed with the information provided about the services. When you contact them, make sure what you want is specific. I said I wanted my hair styled. To me, this means a wash, cut and style. I did not get this. The manicure was good, as was the pedicure. I have never had air brush makeup before. The make-up person was advised to use make up that would not run. During my reception, I had to go to the bathroom repeatedly to clean up eye makeup that ran and smeared. I had to call repeatedly to get an appointment and made the appointment months before the wedding day. When I was there, I felt like they had over booked for that day.
