I was worried I was not going to get my product in time. I called and followed up. The customer service rep was excellent and followed up with me.

They processed and sent me my order SO FAST! Only had 10 koozies but it was GREAT!!

I just needed shirts with my logo on them so I could sell art at festivals and fairs. This was the best price for only a few shirts, and they look great. It took a while, but the process was communicated clearly.

The album was exactly what I wanted. It was sent to me in a matter of days and I was very impressed with the amazing job imprint had done.

We had a senior dinner banquet for graduating lacrosse players and we wanted engraved cups as a gift. The person responsible dropped the ball and it was Weds before the Sunday dinner. Your team worked with me. I had to create a new design and go through 2 iterations. You got me the cups on Saturday! USPS also helped by letting me pick up the package on Saturday instead of getting it delivered on Monday because they dropped the ball!
