Saved the day
We had a senior dinner banquet for graduating lacrosse players and we wanted engraved cups as a gift. The person responsible dropped the ball and it was Weds before the Sunday dinner. Your team worked with me. I had to create a new design and go through 2 iterations. You got me the cups on Saturday! USPS also helped by letting me pick up the package on Saturday instead of getting it delivered on Monday because they dropped the ball! -

We had an upcoming office warming on a Friday and needed masks printed for the event. We ordered them on the afternoon of the Wednesday before and even though I had missed a field while placing my order, a ticket was opened and I was alerted immediately to correct my missing field. Once I provided my missing info they had the best level of urgency! I was still able to get the masks in time for our event on Friday and we truly appreciated them working hard to resolve my issue so quickly and to ensure we got the masks in time. We also got great reviews from clients on the masks (especially from clients that wore glasses because they didn’t dog their glasses up like most masks). -

I used imprint.com twice this year with two daughters getting married. The first wedding I ordered facemasks and had an issue with the proof because I didn't realize the email went to my spam folder. This caused a delay and I was on the phone and was helped in getting the masks printed and they arrived the day before the wedding. The second wedding I was able to order in advance and understood the process. The masks arrived in plenty of time! -

The bags that I had originally ordered were not available, but I reached out to customer service and they helped me pick out a different bag and got it done very quickly for me as we had a party we needed them for. Super helpful and kept calling to follow up to make sure everything went smoothly and got done on time for us. They were great! And the final product was outstanding! -

Ordered custom printed hand fans last minute for a concert that we needed them at and had to do expedited production and the fastest shipping they offered. The designing tool was easy to work with. Not sure why others have a lot of complaints about this company. I personally had a very good experience with it. I ordered 500 customized wedding koozies from their website & chose regular production + regular shipping. I received my order about 10 days later & it was perfectly packed with great quality. I was just google for customized wedding products & found this website. If I ever though about looking for its review at that time, I might have never ordered from them. But anyway, my experience turned out great. I also called in to ask for my order status & their CS answered my concerns very promptly. I also suggested two of my friends to order from them recently since I received a promotional code from the website. They told me they had a decent experience with this company too. I guess they didn't do such a bad job as their reviews look like then. -

I ordered 50 custom designed koozies for our family reunion and they arrived on time and were exactly as ordered. I really liked how you can design your product right on there website, It was quite easy and had a lot of options to choose from. I Was very skeptical after reading bad reviews but I couldn't be happier with my purchase! A lot of the complaints I seen were about not receiving product in time for their event after ordering it 2 weeks or less prior, to me thats just bad planning, I ordered mine 2 months before our event to be safe and they arrived only 2 days after the companys estimated arrival date. I would DEFINATELY order from them again! :) -

Purchase was easy, they reviewed your submission and sent a proof to make sure it’s what you want. We were very happy with the outcome. The only complaint, and it is EXTREMELY minor, there were several signs that were not cut all the way through. I was able to easily tear those off. -

I ordered two signs but only one has been delivered do far. (I think delivering them separately is grossly inefficient but that is not my call).

Koozies order

I ordered koozies (can coolies) from Imprint. It was a lot better (read: cheaper) option than ordering "wedding koozies". I got to upload an image and had quite a few lines to work with. A decent little tattoo!
I designed a tattoo idea after we lost our 4-month-old and I wanted to "try it before I buy it". Since tattoos don't lend that option I ordered some temporary ones. aside from getting lost in post, everything turned out beautifully. After being applied it was a bit sticky but eventually, that wore off. There is a bit of transfer background on mine that tuned grey-ish by day 2 but I believe there is an option to remove most of that. It doesn't bother me too much. -
