Facilities and Capacity

These premises feature a golf course with 18 holes as well as a wedding ceremony site and event space. A couple can exchange their vows outdoors on the ceremony lawn or outdoor pavilion while enjoying stunning country views. The capacity of the pavilion is 200 with a dance floor or 250 without. The pavilion tent is available between April and October. A year-round option for receptions and rehearsal dinners is the Ilahe Ballroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping views of the green, while a hardwood floor, refined chandeliers, and an inviting fireplace make the room a welcome sight. Up to 170 guests may enjoy the Ballroom with a dance floor, or up to 200 without one.

Services Offered

Illahe Hills Country Club hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions, including elopements, as well as engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners. The site fee includes a complimentary menu tasting, one-hour rehearsal, get-ready areas, setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, and catering and bartending staff. This also has four hours for a reception only or five hours for a ceremony and reception.

Cuisine

The catering team of this venue is ready to tailor a menu to meet a couple's tastes and needs, with a complimentary tasting session for the happy pair. All food and beverages apart from wedding cakes must be provided by this team. Dining menus can include hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, buffet dinners, and plated dinners, while beverage menus can feature house wine, spirits, and beer.

History

Prior to 1960, only the public Salem Golf Club served the area. Seeing a need for a club with more social facilities, a local group began making plans to found a private club. Thus, the Illahe Hills Country Club was started.
