Avoid having Lindsey as your coordinator

My first interaction with Lindsey was via email. Her answers were incomplete, avoidant and rude. For example, I asked to view information on the venue and in house catering. She replied in one sentence "our info is on our website." When I look at the website there is no info except her contact information. I reply back clarifying that there is no information on the website. She the replies back with "That's correct, we don't have wedding packets." Can you imagine working with her for your wedding planning? I am happy I didn't book here or start the process of planning my wedding at this place.
