Ice Standard is an on-line vendor that provided me with my placecard holders/favors. They had an excellent customer service person who was able to help me find the frame that I was looking for. I went with a very simple frame that was only .89 each.
I ordered on-line and quickly received a confirmation. An e-mail was sent when my product shipped with tracking information and my order was received quickly at my door.
When I looked through the boxes, I was missing 4 frames (out of 200). 2 frames were broken. They were not built the best as a few more broke very easily during transit and at the wedding. I had ordered extra so all was fine. Average rating for flexibility is due to me not having anything positive or negative to rate for this.
Overall I had a good experience with Ice Standard. Their product was a good value and I would use them again.

Do NOT use this company!!! I ordered my place holders from them well in advance of my wedding and I did receive them. However, I had several left over that I never took out of the box that I wanted to return. I called several times and left lots of messages. No one ever returned a call. I also emailed and finally got a response saying sorry the owner would not take the return because it was past the allowable time. I think that is terrible customer service since I left several messages and no one ever returned my calls. Don's use icestandard.org and tell all your friends not to use it. You can find all of the stuff there many other places with much better customer service!!

I have never had such a horrible online shopping experience. The phone number is just a recording, there is no one available to answer the phones. They do not return e-mails or phone calls. I never received my items. I should have looked at the BBB before I ordered. They have a F score. I plan on reporting to them as well. STAY AWAY

This company is terrible. I tried to order several items from them, with estimated arrival time in 5-7 days. My items never arrived. I spent 3 weeks trying to get ahold of someone. I left several messages and sent multiple e-mails. I could't get anyone on the phone and no one ever responded. When I finally did get ahold of someone, they said the items had been delivered the previous week. They eventually agreed to reship the items. Again, they never arrived and again I spent over a week trying to get ahold of someone. When I finally did, they told me they never even shipped the secone order. They eventually agreed to a refund and even that took over a week to get back.
