My MOH and I loved Irvin from the start! His cake was delicious, so much that the plate was clean! He made the most beautiful sugar sculpture callas and orchids on the cake. We also had him do an ice sculpture of one of the buildings my husband's company put the glass in. It was a drink luge as well and our guest loved it.
