From the moment I saw I Do I Do NYC's work, I knew I needed to hire them for our big day. So many wedding photographers produce the same kind of look these days, so their portfolio really stood out in the bunch. I loved the photojournalistic quality of their work, particularly in capturing very natural, beautiful moments in such an artful way. They know how to visually tell a story.

Throughout the day, Paul and Jin were very professional while remaining friendly and approachable, making everyone feel comfortable. They provided plenty of direction but never to the point where we felt stiff or awkward. Not only that, but watching this father/son duo work together is so much fun. They both have very different yet cohesive styles of shooting and play off each other beautifully, which gives you a well-rounded final gallery. They were so impressive that one of my bridesmaids even decided to hire them for her special day too!

Choosing your vendors is one of the most stressful parts of the wedding planning process, but I Do I Do made the decision so easy. My photos were one of the few things I didn't have to worry about and that is entirely thanks to Paul and Jin. We love our photos so much, thank you!

Paul and his team have shot multiple events for my family and every time, I'm blown away by his talents and his professionalism. At both my son's first birthday party and another session of family portraits, he's been warm, engaged, and doesn't mind getting physical in order to get the best shots. If you have kids, he is amazing at being silly to get them to smile. If you're getting married, or just feeling awkward in front of the camera, he knows how to make you comfortable. He's also great at gently directing on posing or getting great candids if you're stuck on what to do! And of course, the best part is the end results. The photos are perfectly edited and capture the moments perfectly. I can't say enough great things about Paul and I Do I do photography.

I hired I Do I Do to shoot my baby shower this summer and Paul was absolutely incredible. I work in the creative industry so I have a very high standard for photography. 2020 disrupted our wedding a bit this year and we needed to postpone until 2021. That being said, we still wanted to get married and met Paul Kim 72 hours before we tied the knot with a few families and friends. Paul was a rock star! He is a seasoned professional who was able to capture our day beautifully and tell our story. He was able to intimately immerse himself into the energy of of our friends and family while also social distancing and making everyone feel comfortable during COVID.
