Hyatt Regency was an ideal venue for our 2-day wedding event. Hotel catering manager and other staff were very professional and responsive for not only inquiries but also attending to our needs.

We just got a tour of this new hotel that opens in February and all we can say is WOW! It is going to be a fine place to have a wedding reception or corporate events or just for a "stay-cation". The rooms are sweet especially the suites which are perfect for brides getting ready for their big day. This hotel is close to the Mall of America, on the light rail line and near the airport. And there is absolutely no airport or light rail sound inside the hotel - amazing! We already know some of the management staff here, so it is easy to recommend this hotel already.
