Brandi is amazing
Brandi is the owner and she was AMAZING to work with! I gave her my vision and she made it a reality! Out of all the vendors she was the best to work with. Very professional and super easy to communicate with.

Brandy was the most helpful and patient florist ever. Her flower arrangements made me cry. They came out perfect and exactly how I imagined.

Smug customer service
The driver Deb, complained about doing her fkn job. She complained about the price of gas and the driving she would need to do, to reassure her customer got their flowers. Which she did refuse to do her job and re-deliver them. Instead, she left with the flowers back to the shop and lied to Taylor or didn't listen to me well enough to relay the correct message. Taylor who answers the phone is brainless and helpless too. She lied to me about Brandy(Owner) being available to handle her floral business after multiple calls. It's a coward move to not take calls as an owner or have staff that complain and lie to customers behind your back Brandy. Clearly, Taylor is not worried about the owner, losing money and customers. Taylor was smug and arrogant and was more than happy to know she had unsatisfied customers, demanding a refund for their lousy customer service. Taylor didn't attempt to make it right in anyway, nor did Deb. They both dropped the ball. They clearly can't communicate well enough with eachother to do their jobs correctly. It's not hard to figure out girls. I clearly stated, "deliver them on your last delivery, or wait atleast a couple of hours for my sister to come home."
