I had been planning my wedding for a long time and my mother in law did a search on venues for my wedding and one of the places was this Hacienda. I put it to a side since is far from where I live. But I kept looking for places but kept on looking to this one until we decided to go visit. When we arrived we fell in Love! Is far away, quiet and the mountains view, the venue all woods, and the service tha Nydia gaves us was very excelent, she explained so well everything and since that day until today their service has been great and very responsive on every detail. They do a lot of destinations wedding so I decided to let everything on their hands. Thank you for everything, cant wait for December 29, 2019 to make my dream wedding come true!!!

When I started to plan my wedding I knew exactly what I wanted. I has visited Hacienda El Jibarito before to try their restaurant and fell in love with the place. It is nested between green mountains, and the wood details in the structure gave it so much character. I remember that day they were having a party and roasting a pork in one of the gardens. Being from Puerto Rico I felt it was the perfect place for a traditional event.

I knew I wanted to get married in the country side of the Island and that I wanted an outdoors ceremony. The graden plaza at the Hacienda is the most beautiful location I could think of. Planning my event with Xiomara and her staff was smooth. They were so flexible and provided great advice. They had answers for all my questions and even recommended other vendors for my wedding. Xiomara was very accommodating with my requests and needs. The best part is I was able to have a beautiful wedding within my limited budget.

They have 2 rooms for receptions. Mine was in El Alambique which is ideal for small weddings (mine was 60 guests). The salon looks beautiful when decorated. However, if your wedding is in the summer I don't recommend this salon because it does not has air conditioning and it can get hot. But if your wedding is in the winter then it should be fine. The larger room easily accommodates big parties.

The weekend of my wedding at Hacienda El Jibarito was like a fairy tale. My guests loved staying there and there wasn't anything they need they could't get.
