We recently hired Hotard to transport our many out-of-town guests throughout our wedding day. We had a somewhat complicated itinerary to follow (with one shuttle transporting the wedding party and the other making a couple loops to pick up and drop off guests), but they nailed every step of it. The shuttles were clean and comfortable and the drivers were friendly and helpful - we couldn’t have asked for a better transportation experience.

I want to give a special shoutout to Kristyn Williams at the Hotard office for answering my many questions during the wedding planning process and managing the changes we had to make. She always responded to emails promptly and professionally, and she was truly a godsend to have as we worked through the logistics of the day. I also want to give a shout out to our drivers Derrick Harper and Kaleb Johnson, who were wonderful to have throughout the day. They both arrived early and took extra time to help guests with special needs.

We will absolutely keep Hotard in mind for any future transportation needs, and will be recommending them to anyone else who’s looking for shuttles for their wedding!

I worked with Hurley at Hotard. He was great, very easy to work with and very professional. He prompted responded to my emails, called to confirm bus arrangements (which I appreciated!) and orchestrated a multiple spot route through his driver. The driver herself (her name escapes me) was wonderful - our guests said she was friendly and very professional. We ended up extending our reception an extra hour and they worked with our venue to approve the extra hour at a very reasonable rate.

Hotard provided the transportation to the ceremony and then back from the reception to the hotel for our guests. They were on time, courteous and reliable - exactly what I wanted from them.

The sales person was easy to work with ahead of time and I thought the prices were reasonable.

We planned our wedding from Denver, Colorado and had our wedding in Vacherie, Louisiana. All of our guests came from out of state so we arranged for transportation to take them from the French Quarter area to our wedding venue about an hour away. While making the arrangements for transportation I found them to be professional but short. Our driver however was so awful that he was the absolute worst part of our wedding. He was rude to our guests, made us cut our wedding short or he was going to "leave everyone", complained about the rain, and even tried to convince our guests to "head back early". My husband and I stayed on the Plantation the night of the wedding so we were unaware of all of this until the following morning. I am horrified that for the amount of money we spent for him to sit in a parking lot (with dinner we provided by the way) he was this awful to our guests. I would NEVER use this company again and I would highly advise anyone else not to either.
