We had an initial consultation with her, and she fully understood what we were looking for on our wedding day and was respectful of the budget we discussed. Carrie did such an amazing job with all the flowers at our wedding. Everyone complimented on how beautiful they looked. The bouquets were exactly what I pictured. There aren’t enough compliments I can give to Carrie from Homestead Weddings and Events! She was a dream to work with! I first spoke with her on the phone when I was calling a huge list of florists trying to describe my vision and her and I clicked that first minute! I could tell she totally understood the style, colors, flowers, everything, I was going for just talking over the phone and not actually looking at anything in person! We then actually met in person and I knew she was the florist for us! She brought albums of other weddings she had done and every single one was so unique and gorgeous! Fast forward to my wedding day! She delivered and set up everything at both the church and the reception venue. When she got to the bridal suite to give me the bouquets...I was stunned! Everything was even more gorgeous than I could’ve dreamed of! She had blooms in the bouquets that we’d never seen before. The flowers in the chapel were absolutely perfect and complimented the chapel and colors in the stained glass beautifully! When we got back to the cocktail hour, I peaked in the reception room and cried! The centerpieces were jaw dropping! They made such a statement!! I can hands down say, other than marrying my best friend that day...the flowers were my favorite part of the wedding! We’ve been married a month now and everyone still says they’ve never seen flowers like we had! Do yourself a favor and book with Carrie!! Carrie was a pleasure to work with, no matter what question or concern I had she was on top of everything! The tiger lilies didn’t want to open up but the flowers were still very gorgeous. If I ever need flowers in the future I will definitely be getting ahold of homestead!

I have to say this was probably my easiest vendor experience of the whole wedding! I sent over some wishlist photographs and Carrie said she could make it happen in my budget. I was a pretty easy going hands-off bride and just trusted she would come through. My flowers were gorgeous eveyrhting was beautiful. Somethings were not exactly as I pictured, but it didn't make a bit of difference because it looked amazing!

I'm not big on flowers but I wanted specific things and a specific look for my Harry Potter wedding. Carrie made potion bottles, spell books, the Whomping Willow, signs, mandrakes, and special bouquets and corsages. It was beautiful and my guests were very impressed!

Carrie was a dream to work with! At first, I did not want real flowers for my wedding but she convinced me why I needed them. Her arrangements were absolutely STUNNING and so reasonably priced! I certainly recommend!!
