PRICING:
If you rent one of our units, the Surf Room rental is $750.00 per day (10am - 10pm), with a $175 cleaning fee, plus 13% sales tax. If you choose to not rent one of our units, the Surf Room rental is $1,250.00 with a $175.00 cleaning fee, plus 13% sales tax. We require a $500.00 non-refundable payment to hold your reservation, and the remainder is due 30 days before your event. You are required to have event insurance to rent our Surf Room, and we require we have that on file 30 days before your event.
Our County, Okaloosa, has a "no noise ordinance" after 10pm, which is why the rental expires then. You will have from 10pm-midnight for clean-up, with the key being returned at midnight to the front desk.
BEACH CEREMONY:
If you are interested in a beach wedding as well, there is a beach permit fee of $150 for more than 10 attendees (yourselves included) or if there are any chairs, decorations, or arch at the beach. Any event must fill out the permit, even if there is no setup. This is so we will be able to keep up with the event dates and notify beach service in advance. Also, beach weddings may not start before 6pm during beach service season (Mar 1 - Oct 31). You may start setting up at 4:30 with prior notice to the beach attendees so they can move the beach service chairs out of the ceremony area.
