The manager and staff exceeded our expectations, willing to work with our requests. Very responsive and flexible. Our guests had a great time and the setting for the evening was amazing. Thank you Bien Venue for helping to make our daughter’s wedding a night full of great memories.

Exceeded my expectations
All of the staff at bien venu were more than amazing! Even when we were just touring the place, everyone was so nice. They made us feel right at home. All of our requests were met and didn’t bat an eye at any last minute requests. As a COVID bride I was Highly stressed as I had to replan my wedding in two weeks. Stepping foot into bien venu was such a blessing in disguise. As guests were arriving, we were running out of places for people to sit, by dad asked the staff to add one more table and they did! All of the food was AMAZING! We had tons of compliments! I dropped off my own cupcakes and they set them all up in their own beautiful cake stands. My leftover cake at the end of the light was all boxed up and ready for me to take home. We were able to lock everything up at night and come back and clean up in the morning, which was so refreshing! We were blessed with a HUGE bridal suite, that was basically a small apartment! It had an attached board room that us girls all did hair and makeup in. The guest hotel room were also beautiful! There was a place you could go order breakfast in the morning that was pretty good! Overall I give this place 10/10. And would 100% stay here at the hotel for any future stays!

Beautiful Venue in Cedar Falls
The team at Bien Venu truly did an amazing job making all my dreams come true on my wedding day! I will recommend them over and over again!

This was a great event center. The people were extremely friendly, the food was excellent. The cleaning and set up was all included in the price. It was a wonder experience. Holiday Inn also has a restaurant, GreenStreets, which is available for rehearsal dinners. We had our rehearsal dinner there and it was very nice because we had guests from out of town and they could stay there where the rehearsal, reception and dance were at. It is also right across from a mall..
