The bus driver was on time. She was very nice and a great driver. The bus was very clean and nice. My guests were thrilled to have that ride to and from the wedding reception. It was fun and safe! Highly recommend them. The booking process was also very easy and they followed up often to be sure everything would be exactly right.

We hired Holcomb for our transportation for our wedding day. We booked with Terri who was always so responsive via e-mail and helped us with changing times in our contract. The pricing was very affordable and the logistics were mapped out easily. Although we had one issue, it was quickly and professionally rectified. On the night of the wedding where we were supposed to get 2 buses at a first time and 2 buses at a second time but all 4 buses showed up at the first time, but we talked with the bus drivers who seemingly had received the wrong information, but they contacted their supervisor immediately and rectified the issue and we had the transportation as agreed upon in the contract. In the end, everything worked out super well and the drivers were wonderful.

The service started out wonderful. They were on time and got us where we needed to be however after dropping us at our first location for our pictures they left leaving us to walk in the freezing cold to the next spot in heels without jackets. Thankfully it was not a long distance between locations. They promised us four hours of transportation which we already paid for. When we called to discuss what happened and the company has failed to return our calls numerous times. They will not reimburse us so we paid for services we did not receive.
