Historic Woodlawn Estate is a charming wedding venue located in Fraziers Bottom, West Virginia. It is nestled on a 900-acre farm and surrounded by an idyllic pastoral landscape. Conveniently accessible to the Route 35 highway, it is a 15 to 20-minute drive from Teays Valley. The property was purchased by the current owners in 2019, who set about lovingly restoring the buildings while blending the old with the new.

Facilities and Capacity

Historic Woodlawn Estate features a lawn, house, patio, and indoor and outdoor bar areas. The house can accommodate a number of guests for overnight stays and may also serve as a get-ready space for the wedding party. In addition, it has a full chef's kitchen. This property is well suited for outdoor celebrations, and a tent can be set up in the case of inclement weather. Ceremonies may also take place outside, where there is a paved aisle and trellis arch available for a picturesque vow exchange. Couples looking to host a smaller event may do so indoors if they wish. With the white picket fence and vistas of Appalachian farmland all around, the photo opportunities are sure to be plentiful.
