The hotel has 10 event rooms with more than 46,000 square foot of combined event space. They offer indoor and outdoor options for ceremonies and receptions to achieve your dream. The Bullhead Lawn & Deck is an outdoor oceanfront space with a lush green lawn and can accommodate 150 guests. The Basshead Deck is another outdoor oceanfront space with and an indoor space in case of rain or weather issues. The Basshead Deck can accommodate 300 guests. The Sabal Palm Room is a 4,000 square foot ballroom with vaulted ceilings and skylights. It can accommodate 150 guests. The Leamington Ballroom is the largest space with 17,000 square feet of space. It can accommodate 1,200 guests or be divided into smaller space for more intimate events. The Cafe has beautiful landscape views due to large windows and access to an outdoor patio. The Cafe accommodate 130 guests.
The Hilton Head Marriott has 513 guest rooms with private terraces and 36 spacious suites with ocean views. The ceremony package include the ceremony location, an indoor backup space, white padded chairs, tables, white linens, china, silverware and an on-site event manager. The Hilton Head Marriott has on-site, certified wedding planners that work with you from start to finish. They help you choose a space, vendors, functional layout, package options, meus and much more.
The hotel offers two different plated meal packages, a buffet package and a stations package. They also offer enhancements including a fresh market seafood display, sushi display, cheese display, sweet treats, tropical fruit tree, ice sculptures and more. Their packages include a cocktail reception, bar options, champagne toast and a wide range of food options. Their culinary team helps you create custom menus and pair items for a delicious combination for flavors.

We loved every minute of our wedding this weekend! Angie was so easy to work with and made our day perfect. She really went above and beyond to honor all of our wishes. Angie at Marriott Hilton Head took care of us from start to finish and make our day perfect. We couldn't have arranged everything without her. The location of the Marriott is lovely, overlooking the beach, but not having to be out in the sand unless you want to. I do not even know where to start! First off, the entire space was GORGEOUS! The ceremony space we used was the bullhead lawn, which overlooks the ocean so you have a stunning background while you say your vows. The marriot provided me with a sound system to play the ceremony music and cocktail hour music with, and also provided lapel microphones for my officiant so that all the guests could hear the ceremony well. it was so convenient to get to cocktail hour on the bullhead deck which is right next to the ceremony space so it's easy on the guests and still has a stunning view! The reception was also connected to the cocktail hour deck at the Basshead deck and the huge open space was perfect. the palm trees were lit up and guests still had a beautiful view of the ocean. I cannot recommend this space enough! I also loved that the Marriott included a backup indoor space for the ceremony and reception just in case of rain....that took SO much stress off of my plate! The food was amazing....it's what almost everyone talks about now when we discuss the wedding! The marriot staff was so cordial and made sure that everything was perfect for my day.Sent on 06/13/2018
Lastly, and most importantly, I have to discuss how amazing my wedding coordinator was. Dawn Farrell is the best at what she does and was ALWAYS there at the drop of a hat to get anything i needed or answer any questions. We booked the venue over a year in advance, which means that for over a year she dealt with all of my emails and questions! She did such an incredible job and made sure the event ran seamlessly. She thought of everything that i didn't and is the most kind, thoughtful, and coordinated person! My wedding day was absolute perfection and I am 100000% sure that it would not have been so without the help from Dawn. She went above and beyond for us and I will never be able to thank her enough! This venue was everything I have ever dreamed of and more. I wish I could relive that day forever!!!!
