Facilities and Capacity

For your big day, High West Distillery offers indoor and uncovered outdoor spaces that can accommodate a variety of celebrations. Up to 92 guests can be accommodated in the inside space. When combined with the open-air deck seating, you can have up to 125 attendees. If you’d prefer a cocktail reception, you can host up to 250 of your family and friends. Parking is available on-site for your convenience.

History

David and Jane Perkins, a husband and wife duo, founded High West Distillery in 2006. Formerly a biochemist, David was inspired by the similarities between his science and the fermentation and distilling process during a trip to a distillery in Kentucky. They choose to begin their journey in Utah due to David’s love of the Old West and the state’s little-known whiskey history.
