Everyone raved about how great the food was! Couldn't be happier with the service. Very nice option for "black tie" which is nice for a wedding. Very easy to reach Hank and service was excellent.

Hickory Hanks food was ABSOLUTELY delicious and I got a ton of compliments from my guests (and I enjoyed it too!). Hank was very helpful in helping me finalize the menu and his team on the day of our wedding was very professional and everything looked very nice and went smoothly. I was told the buffet line went pretty quickly as well (I ate after everyone else). We had BBQ tri-tip, hot-links (home made, so good!!), and chicken, as well as green salad, fruit salad, potato salad, and buns, and hot dogs for the kiddos. The meat was all grilled on-site and everything was fresh and tasted amazing. His price seemed pretty typical for catered BBQ. I used paper plates and the silver plastic ware, but other options were available.

I was a little put off at first because Hank is very seasoned in the catering industry and I had no idea what I was doing, he wasn't overly explanatory in how the process all worked. However, Hank was very friendly and patient and overall everything turned out BEYOND my expectations and I was totally satisfied. (Not just satisfied, but I was really glad to hear that my guest were as impressed as I was and I was really proud to have such great food at our wedding.

We also weren't offered a tasting immediately, but did end up having one and it was all worth it!

I would definitely recommend hiring Hickory Hank for wedding catering or any other event!
