I came across Fiona Sands while searching for a wedding planner. She was the first person I contacted and I looked no further.
I found her to be so personable, easy to talk to and extremely creative.
Helping plan this wedding posed many challenges for Fiona, but she took them all in her stride. The bridal couple live in New York and the wedding was in Paris, so meeting with vendors and arranging calls and video chats was often difficult.
However, Fiona managed to get everything organized and created a beautiful plan for the wedding, managing to work within the couple's budget and making their wedding vision a reality.
Fiona's recommended vendors - especially her videographer, photographer and beauty artists were not only extremely talented but also very reasonably priced. I cannot praise her enough.

We knew we wanted a wedding in Paris that felt chic and intimate, with exquisite food. Armed with nothing beyond that vague notion and a limited budget, we set out interviewing planners over Zoom. We spoke with several who offered packages in beautiful venues but with food or decor tastes that didn’t suit us, and others who believed our budget too meager to achieve the classic Parisian style we craved. Fiona stood out, not only by her warm nature, but also with her attitude that any feeling or concept could be achieved as she would find a way.

From countless phone calls about details to consider, to guiding me and my mom through a whirlwind several days touring Paris to see an array of places for the festivities, to inventing solutions to unforeseen problems, Fiona was by our side with not only answers, but questions and ideas we hadn’t ourselves considered. Fiona also made sure our personal style, tastes, and love shined through every detail. The result was a seamless wedding more extravagant than I imagined possible: we wanted an outdoor ceremony; she found the perfect hidden garden. We wanted a classy venue; she somehow secured the Georges V on our narrow budget. We wanted the dinner to be the star of the show; she negotiated for a three star Michelin prix fixe. She even surprised us day-of with a spectacular location for a photoshoot she secretly arranged on our behalf - my favorite photos from the day. Throughout the planning process and on the day itself, she made sure we were happy, stress-free, and fed. If anything went wrong on our perfect day, we were not aware as she filled any gap and covered every base. Truly, it was the perfect day, and both the planning and execution would have been unimaginable without formidable Fiona.

Fiona was a wonderful person to work with. For me as the groom, she made the experience very comfortable. I never felt out of place, and she always made sure I had a voice in the entire process and that my opinion was valued. I appreciated that she never gave up on any of our ideas, even if they seemed unrealistic. She always helped us find a way to get what we were hoping for. The wedding planner/client relationship was professional and wonderful, but my favorite part is how it extended past that. I know that whenever my wife and I go back to Paris, we will be seeing her as a friend now.
