Friendly and fast responding to my questions. The driver was super nice, and was able to accommodate for all the stops I had: Picking up the bridal court from the venue and taking them to the reception place, then over to Harlinsdale to take pictures, and then back to the venue for the party. We received MANY compliments from family and friends! I also want to note how patient the driver was as we took pictures at Harlsindale.

Best option if you are just looking for a one way transfer of wedding party or wedding party guests! Everyone else wanted a minimum of 2 hour booking but they did the one way transfer for us for $200! A fraction of what everyone else was going to charge. The trolley was adorable and bigger than expected so we had tons of room. They even took the long route to make sure got a grand entrance!

Wonderful to work with not only was he our trolley but he was the bridal party shuttle! They were very nice and very flexible ! Would recommend to everyone.

The Trolley was a great choice for our wedding! It fit everyone in the wedding party and was fun to ride on! We used it as a shuttle too for our out of town guests and was a huge hit! You can drink on it too as well as listen to music! The team at Hello Trolley were great too! They were early and very polite! They were a lot of fun too! They even helped people out of the trolley which was great since so many women were in heels! The trolley was beautifully decorated too! The service was a great price and I highly recommend them!

We love Hello Trolley! We used the trolley as a shuttle for our guests, since our venue did not have any parking. They were always quick to respond to e-mails and were usually available to talk to on the phone as well. The driver did a wonderful job even at my tricky venue, and all my guests commented on how wonderful the trolley service was. The trolley was decorated nicely and was spotless. Hello Trolley added some fun to my wedding. I definitely recommend this trolley for any bride!

Hello Trolley did a great job transporting us and our entire wedding party plus their significant others from our ceremony to the reception venue. I appreciated their flexibility and timeliness in addition to their reasonable pricing. I would certainly recommend them if you need transportation for your wedding or event.

We hired Hello Trolley in Franklin to transport us from our wedding venue in downtown Franklin to our reception venue at the Embassy Suites Cool Springs. They were extremely professional, timely, and provided us with a beautiful trolley for our wedding party to ride in. It was very unique to walk outside of our church and have one of their trolleys waiting on us outside. Our driver (the co-owner, I believe) was very professional and attentive and made sure we had a fun and safe ride, and they were very easy to work with. They have multiple sizes to choose from, and I promise it will be a memorable, unique, and fun experience to use them for your wedding transportation needs, along with a cool backdrop for pictures.

Although not particularly responsive to emails (did have to send them a few times to get a response), this company was super nice and did a nice job with the trolley rental for my wedding. A large cost but was the right thing to do for our out of town guests who all seemed to love riding the trolleys. Worth the cost to keep everyone safe and happy.

We used Hello Trolley for our wedding to take the bridal party from the church to the reception. The price we paid for a 10 minute ride was absolutely ridiculous, but that's Nashville for ya! Sara and Chad absolutely DO NOT answer their phone, which is very unprofessional. They got back to us via email very fast, but they need to answer their phone and return calls if they're going to post it on their website. The driver was on time and drove us safely to our reception, however!
