Jamal is a thorough professional especially when it comes to organizing a Sandals vacation. On several occasions she went the extra mile and back to make sure our vacation went smoothly. It did. We love Jamal and Heaven Sent Travel and recommend her highly.

A vacation to remember
This was a special trip for us my daughter was turning 30 and I wanted it to be rememberable celebration. I explained to the travel agent that she had never been on a cruise . She exceeded my expectations. She was very flexible and worked within my budget. She emailed us different options and made sure it was something we wanted. She explained the itinerary in detail. She checked on us and made sure we had everything before we left. Very personal and made you feel like you were apart of the family. I would highly recommend Jamal!!!!!!! Heaven Sent Travel is really a company sent by God!!!!!!

We had a great time on our honeymoon at Sandals exuma emerald bay and had such a good experience using our agent. She was responsive when a flight got canceled due to weather and found flights and accommodations for us to a sister resort for a night while the weather cleared. Our trip ended up fabulous despite slight delays which weren't in her control. I could have never had taken care of the travel delay on my own without heaven sent's assistance. She even tried to have us reembursed for the flight cancelation. Thank you so much for so help!
