Finding a photographer is like going on a first date, and with so many photographers out there it can feel daunting and overwhelming (I totally get it, I was there with my own wedding.) But it also can be exciting and wonderful.

That's where I come in.

Asking the girl of your dreams to marry you. Walking down the aisle to the man who knows you deeper than anyone else in the world. Bringing your first, or second, or fifth child into the world. Saying good-bye to a loved one. Places around the globe your body has taken you. These, and so many more, are the stories with so much beauty that they are the stories you never want to lose. As your photographer, I will not just show up and take some photos with my nice camera and then leave. I want to serve you and your stories with far more than that.

As your photographer, I will take the time before your session to help curate it into something unique and iconically you. I will take my time, and be more of a friend, as I kick off my shoes and lay on the ground to get the right angle. I promise you, I will cry when you say “I Do” to the love of your life. I will be invested in your memories, your stories, your legacy. Because, as your photographer, it isn’t my job to capture your story in Pinterest curated perfection, but is actually, my job to capture the beauty within the honesty of time before it fleets away.
