Kelly Hunt was our officiant, and she was great. We got many, many compliments on how sweet and unique our ceremony was. I loved the way that Heartfelt provides you with the pieces of the ceremony. My fiance and I spent a night reading through everything and choosing what best suited us, so there were no surprises come ceremony time. Kelly was quick to answer questions and happily made edits and exclusions when we requested them.

I worked closely with both Zita and Kelly in the planning and execution of the ceremony. Both were great to work with. I had a very close family member passed away week before my wedding, and both Kelly and Zita offered their time to me if I just needed to talk. They understood it would make my wedding day difficult. Zita took genuine interest in my loss and helped me cope with my loss.

Kelly and Zita offered several customizations for our ceremony. My husband and I made several selections from what they offered, but in the end we felt we needed to personalize the ceremony even more. We sent our thoughts to Kelly and Zita, they gave us their feedback, but in the end they allowed us to make the final decision. They made it clear that they were there to make our ceremony everything we wanted it to be yet ensured we get the legal aspect of the ceremony included. I worked closely with Zita on the changes to our ceremony, and she showed nothing but patience and understanding through the whole process.

The day of the wedding; everything went seemlessly. Zita helped calm me at the altar as I felt tears coming as we started, and I was able to make it through the rest of the ceremony without a problem.
