Kelly Hunt was our officiant, and she was great. We got many, many compliments on how sweet and unique our ceremony was. I loved the way that Heartfelt provides you with the pieces of the ceremony. My fiance and I spent a night reading through everything and choosing what best suited us, so there were no surprises come ceremony time. Kelly was quick to answer questions and happily made edits and exclusions when we requested them.

They wrote the whole service, made unique touches about us for the ceremony. One of our guests said that they had never heard of some of the things in our ceremony and that it was very romantic. Kelly and Zita are very laid back and funny.

I worked closely with both Zita and Kelly in the planning and execution of the ceremony. Both were great to work with. I had a very close family member passed away week before my wedding, and both Kelly and Zita offered their time to me if I just needed to talk. They understood it would make my wedding day difficult. Zita took genuine interest in my loss and helped me cope with my loss.

Kelly and Zita offered several customizations for our ceremony. My husband and I made several selections from what they offered, but in the end we felt we needed to personalize the ceremony even more. We sent our thoughts to Kelly and Zita, they gave us their feedback, but in the end they allowed us to make the final decision. They made it clear that they were there to make our ceremony everything we wanted it to be yet ensured we get the legal aspect of the ceremony included. I worked closely with Zita on the changes to our ceremony, and she showed nothing but patience and understanding through the whole process.

The day of the wedding; everything went seemlessly. Zita helped calm me at the altar as I felt tears coming as we started, and I was able to make it through the rest of the ceremony without a problem.

I woudl highly recommend using Heartfelt Ministries for your ceremony. They will help you make it a special day.

HeartFelt Wedding Ceremonies was a great fit for our wedding. Kelly did an amazing job! We are happy she was there for our big day!

Overpriced. Hard to get in touch with.

Officiant did not show up for rehearsal. She had us down for the following weekend. The explanation was a computer virus that scrambled her files. Came on Saturday at 2:30 for our 4:00 ceremony. Wanted to do a quick rehearsal at 3:00. I did it because the flower girl and ring bearer were a little nervous about what to do. I was so
nervous and so was my maid of honor,
because she still had to do both of our hair. The ceremony was late but it was beautiful.

Heartfelt ministries was very accomodating and created a beatufiul ceremony script. However, I feel that if they got to know us a little better our ceremony it could have been much more personalized. Our photographers were more interested in getting to know us! I was a little upset that all of our guests were left standing during our entire ceremony! I feel they have taken on more than they can handle.

I do understand that people are busy a lot. I am busy a lot. However, if I was running a business I would make a point to respond to emails and texts. UNheartfelt ministries has yet to contact us back. Emails and text were sent with no reply at all. Dont waste you time or effort.

We found out after the 30 day no refund policy that the officiant was in the throws of a messy divorce. We paid for the biggest package so we could have a personalized ceremony and more contact during the writing of our ceremony. for several months, Kelly made no contact at all except to say "there is plenty of time." Finally after email, phone call and text (by me) I got a response only after we were inside the 30 day no refund period. At that point she did meet with us and that meeting was so inappropriate on so many levels that we (just weeks before our wedding day) decided to find another officiant.

During this second meeting I was told over and over to "calm down" and that "there is plenty of time." At this time we were also told contact is only made on Wednesdays, news to us when the website and the selling point for our costly package was help when we needed it. Planning the ceremony involved throwing a book of writings in front of us and saying "pick from these." It was clear no effort had been made to get to know us or our wedding preferences. She even forgot the items I had previously sent saying "I'm sure I can find them." To make matters worse Kelly unloaded on us information about her own divorce. I do not feel any couple would be comfortable knowing their officiant is in the middle of a messy divorce while planning their own happy and love filled day. The entire meeting was unprofessional and inappropriate.

After contacting Heartfelt Ministries to let them know we would not be using the service, we heard no reply. No apology. No how can we do better. Nothing. I would expect more from a business who is in the business of providing a very personal service during a very busy time in a couple's life..

Disappointed does not even begin to describe how we feel about Heartfelt Ministries. The whole experience felt staged and uncomfortable. The website is misleading and the product is not as stated.
