As the bride, I was not around to hear the quartet except for our walk out songs. But I had multiple people tell me how beautiful it was and how great of a job they did.

We had the violin piano duet for our ceremony. It was great! They took our special request, we had to get the music for it since they didn't have it though (it was not a typical violin song). Stephanie had us into her home to pick out music and played selections for us. My mom and I went and picked all our songs that day. She worked with our wedding coordinator the day of the ceremony to make sure the walk in cues were right and timed right. Can't recommend enough!!

Heart Strings was great to work with! I talked to Stephanie and she always responded promptly via emails and phone calls. She was very professional and had helpful suggestions for our ceremony music. Very good, would definitely recommend.

My fiancé and I saw them at a wedding show. They were playing there and the show's coordinator said they're the best group she recommends. So we took their information and eventually booked them. I am so glad we did. They did a fantastic job and since we didn't really know what music we wanted (we just knew we wanted classical) Stephanie selected the pieces and played them for us at our music selection appointment. Recommend!

Pricey but o so worth it. Very accomadating and made us feel a part of the music selection process. For the reviewer who said there was no phone number it's right on their web site in any of the downloaded forms, including the contract. Makes me wonder if we're talking about the same company. Any way, the quartet was fantastic and looked sharp to make our day super.

Can't go wrong. Pricey, but worth it. Great sound from the quartet. Flexible to work with, made changes as we needed them.

Stephanie and her group did a fantastic job! Everyone in attendance commented to me how wonderful the quartet music was! The group watches for the wedding co-ordinator and makes sure the queues are correct. Total pros!

They did a really good job. The quartet was really nice and added a good touch to our outdoor ceremony.

Good music and were professional and thorough. You have to select the music you want, which we liked but some people who aren't musically inclined might be turned off by that. They have a big selection of classical stuff and more modern classic-y pieces.

I found Heart Strings from a local bridal show. I kind of had issues the whole way. I paid in full in February (wedding in September). When I met with the musician in August, she didn't act like she knew I had paid in full back then. The pianist didn't cash her check for two months. I met the musician at her home; she was very unorganized (but nice). I had to purchase the sheet music for the songs that we wanted played, which was no problem, only a hassle because I can't read sheet music and so I didn't know what version I was looking for. Musician didn't respond to emails very quickly and seemed quite forceful at the rehearsal (even others at the rehearsal told me this). I paid $300 for violin/piano duet and extra for them to attend the rehearsal. They did play beautifully at the ceremony, which I guess is the important part, but it was just kind of a stressful and frustrating experience up until that point.
