Everything about working with Doug and Jvid Productions was absolutely Amazing!! I was hesitant to get a videographer at first but I could not be happier that I did! The final video was Perfect! Much better then we ever expected. Doug was so professional and easy to work with too. I'm going to reccommend Doug to all of my friends now. Thank you so Muchh!!!

We are extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism on Doug's part. Before the wedding and during the wedding, we had a great experience with Doug as a videographer. However, after the wedding, we were sent the wedding videos of some other couple's wedding instead of the videos for one of our events.

We contacted Doug about this matter, and he told us we would receive the correct videos. After a few months, he only sent us part of the video. When we contacted him again (multiple times), he assured us he would send us the rest. It has been several months since then, and we have not received the videos. He has stopped responding to all modes of communication (he will not respond to emails or pick up/return phone calls).
