Owners were very attentive, the food tasting meeting was excellent, offered options and cater to guests with special meal preparation. Overall they were friendly and food was great! Chicken Picatta with a house salad wit the Gorgonzola dressing was our choice!

Great food, service and ambiance! We were treated like VIPs! Everyone had a blast and we were able to watch a picture slideshow on their big projector screen!

I loved Two Forks Catering. Susan was so helpful during my planning process and was willing to work with me to get what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to help me. She took care of all of my rentals, and was at my wedding to oversee the catering herself. She was very capable and very friendly. The food that Two Forks provided at my wedding was excellent. Susan took loads of stress off of the planning process.

Food was amazing. The day we had the food tasting, I was like "wow", the day of the wedding it was awesome, I even got a to go home plate since I couldn't even eat, as soon as I got home I ate that food like it was no tomorrow!

We found Susan Smith at Hasta La Pasta to be very helpful in planning, suggestions, service and most importantly the food. Her recommendations and things to consider helped to make our event the once in a lifetime affair every girl wants. the food was deliscious, presented well and was served and managed by a very professional staff. We would recommend this catering provider and Susan to anyone planning a special event.

I was extremely pleased with their services. They were able to book almost at the last minute (2 months before on a very popular day). They were also very flexible with the menu and worked with me. They even threw in a small portion of a vegetarian dish for an Indian family on the guest list at no extra cost. They served salad, iced tea, bread, and a choice of chicken fettuccine or lasagna. They also had all sorts of other options available that we didn't require.

We went with Hasta la Pasta to caterer on our wedding day because this was the only catering company that our venue used. The food was much better when we taste tested it than it was on our wedding day. The chicken was great, but the pork loin was really dry and chewy. It was a little embarrassing. Sandy was in charge of the catering at Hasta la Pasta. She was really nice at first, but when we started calling her with requests for our wedding day she was really snappy with my husband and me. She seemed to be very forgetful about what she had told us during previous meetings mainly because she didn’t write everything down. We had a simple request to offer a children’s buffet at the reception because there were going to be 20+ children under 12 there. She had agreed and we discussed having chicken tenders, mac and cheese….ect. for the children to eat. We were more than willing to pay extra for this service because we thought that it would be a unique feature at our wedding that the children and their parents would greatly appreciate. A month before our wedding we called her to touch base and she denied ever telling us that we could do this and said that she doesn’t even remember the conversation. That seemed very strange to us because we sat down a few months earlier to have a face to face conversation about this, so we are not sure what was going on with her. Then she informs my husband that she was not going to be at our wedding because she was suddenly going out of town and she was leaving her assistant in charge.

My husband and I really enjoy Hasta La Pasta's food so we decided to use them as our caterers. However Laurie wasn't very professional and everything that was on the contract did appear to be at our wedding. Towards the end they didn't ask if we wanted to take home the left overs so they threw away 2 bins of food without even asking if we wanted to take it home, which was disappointing. However, everything else was great and Alan who was the head chef was super nice! We received lots of compliments on the food.
