Hart Meadows Ranch is a Unique Outdoor / Indoor Event Venue - they have no add-on fees for restrooms, electricity, trash, climate control, surround sound, cleaning or security. They do believe in excellence and abundance. Hart Meadows Ranch event venue only books one event a day so you have total privacy and additional hours at no charge. FACILITIES AND CAPACITY

Whether it is an event for 50 to 250, Hart Meadows Ranch can accommodate everyone. The unique and charming Mongolian Inspired Yurt is loved by all; its old-world appeal radiates a different era. Oak Hall can host groups of up to 250, yet the wrought iron chandeliers and 20' cypress wood ceilings with enormous windows overlooking multiple fountains provide a feeling of floating over the water. The views are spectacular. And the surround sound will envelope the hall with music.

The Preferred Vendors are some of Charleston's best and are provided as a courtesy, but Hart Meadows Ranch does not charge if you choose another vendor. A catering location with an outdoor sink and prepping area are available for your caterer of choice.

100 ceremony chairs and 10 round tables are provided. The Beach can seat 30 with Adirondack chairs, loveseats, bar tables, a long dining table, an Oyster table, sun sails, curved bench around a steel fire pit. The Mongolian-inspired Yurt includes couches, a high ball table with chairs, and beauty stations to accommodate guests.

- SWEET GRASS ISLAND - ceremony location complete with jasmine laced arbor on a beautifully lighted pond with large fountain and furniture along with 100 ceremony chairs

- THE BEACH - white sand beach with Adirondack chairs, loveseats, bar tables, long dining table and curved bench around a steel fire pit, sun sails, lighting

- THE GARDENS at Hart Meadows Ranch are magical and provide multiple photo opportunities. Immediately upon entering the blue stone pathway from the parking lot, you are transformed by ancient live oaks dripping in Spanish moss with a tree swing suspended above the luscious and tranquil gardens.

- SECRET GARDEN - the bride's big reveal provides an extraordinary moment for all guests. Viewing the groom's reaction as his bride emerges, well, that's what creates a memory unlike any other. Our Secret Garden has a winding stone path for the bride to enter with her wedding party without being seen. She emerges from the Secret Garden through two hand-carved barn doors, then makes her entrance down the aisle and over a curved footbridge to Sweet Grass Island where her groom is waiting under the Jasmine-covered Arbor. It's magical.
