They were very flexible when we had to move the ceremony to the restaurant due to my husbands accident he had a few weeks prior. The staff were available at the drop of a hat and if we needed anything, they did not hesitate to move and take care of whatever we needed. We had the whole upstairs bar area which overlooks the Destin Harbor. They helped make our wedding day perfect. The food was amazing! We were never without any, especially having just light appetizers.

Disgusting, rude waitresses, crappy food. don't waste your time here..the food is nasty, the waitress are rude, if you get Madison keep an eye on your bank account. She likes to had extra numbers on the tip line to give herself a bigger tip and she's been seen picking food off people's plate in the kitchen before serving it..they don't wash they're hands..just stay away..please pass on the info so no one get s sick or robbed...

Horrible experience! If you come across Paula Mitchell she is a pathological liar and will jerk you around after spinning you through a web of lies and then having a meltdown resulting in her canceling your event at the last minute.
She is extremely unprofessional and continuously played interference between myself and any other manager or owner so that I could not make a complaint to anyone above her. She told me that the owner wanted to cancel my date (wedding reception) and after further investigation it could not have been further from the truth. Paula continuously provided outrageous excuses which were completely absurd in order to defend her incompetence. This woman is in way over her head!
From day one it was as though she did not want to work with us. Harry T’s was going through changes where the venue was going to be under new management and it was easier to push us away with poor customer service then to cancel the event. Through deceit, she even fraudulently imitated other people over the phone by using fake names to suggest I just cancel my event.
She’s a fraud. Do not fall victim to her. Harry T’s needs to investigate this woman if she hasn’t already been fired!

I took it upon myself to contact other people that also dealt with Paula (from an email she sent everyone) and they also had similar complaints and were forced, one way or another, to find another venue.
