Great time had by all would highly recommend Ruths

Service was excellent. I was very pleased by the level of professionalism of the staff.

Service was great, waiter was awesome, clean, food was awesome! It was perfect.

I booked my daughters wedding reception at Ruth & Chris, for we could have a private room, planning with Michael was the best, he was so nice & professional and answered all of my numerous txts during the year of planning. I thought the reception would be the easiest task for the destination wedding for I am familiar with the service that normally comes at Ruth & Chris restaurants. The head server John ruined the entire reception with his ignorance and unprofessionalism. First thing he came In saying so what’s your story, I don’t know it( as if they even needed to explain to a stranger/ server ) but my daughter was raised to be polite & just stated it’s been a long time coming we have been together almost 8 years. John looked at my son in law & states ( you think you could have done better) & then looks at me & states mom you didn’t tell her the story of the cow if you give the milk away free, I was completely shocked, disgusted, & appalled ! I should have gotten management at that point but did not want to interrupt my daughters reception, I responded with everyone takes their own walk through life & I am very proud of their walk to this point. He came In again and made a sexual comment to my cousin (her baby had fallen asleep on her chest) John states that he wished he was baby & got to sleep there. Then he interrupted my speech to the bride & groom. He was the worst server I have ever experienced in my 47 years of life. Totally ruined the entire experience. I was contacted by the manager after I submitted my review to them & he seemed completely mortified that this happened at his restaurant and said he would send us a gift card ( over 2 weeks now & never received anything as of yet) also said John would be having some time off. We can not have a redo of this special occasion, do not book here if you want wonderful memories, all we received was insults & ignorance. Completely unacceptable & definitely not worth the price for the experience. Do not want this to happen to another family.
