The venue was great, but they did not have a gluten free menu for a bridesmaid as promised. Other than that my wedding was fabulous and everything I wanted it to be.

I went with the Hard Rock Cafe for the ambiance and atmosphere. I was an out-of-town bride, so most of my planning was done on the phone and email. I was bounced around to different associates through the process. There was apparently a lot of staff turnover. They opened our bar early without consent, then tried to charge us for it. They forgot an upgrade we requested in our menu. The event was beautiful and not overpriced, but their communication is not fantastic. I don't think they do many weddings. Proceed with caution.

We had a bad experience at Hard Rock overall. I don't want to say too much because, luckily, there is a whole new set of employees that handle wedding receptions, and they have already made it up to us.
