The Jewelers at Hannoush are amazing. Both my engagment ring and wedding band were purchased there and we will only work with them from now on. My husband purchased my engagement ring before he left for the military and when I came back from visiting him and he had proposed, I went in to get it cleaned and they knew exactly who I was from my ring. This made me feel very comfortable with them. From that day on they know me and when I come in they treat me like part of their family.

We had such an awesome experience dealing with them. We were hesitant at first because it's a chain jewelery store in a mall no less (in newburgh!) but they were professional, caring and easier to work with than any other jeweler we had talked with.
The engagement ring that I received was the first one I had looked at and fell in love with and then when my husband was looking at rings for himself we again found it at Hannoush. Our experiences there were always pleasant, timely and easy!

I got the ring I wanted, but was not completely educated on how to diamond shop when I bought it, so there is a flaw in the diamond, which when I confronted the sales clerk about, it was referred to as an "inclusion". Which basically means they made it so shiney, gave us a good price if we bought it that day, that we were suckered because they needed to get rid of it.
