Halley the Harper is a wedding musical entertainment act based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Musician Halley began playing the harp in 1998, and hasn't looked back since. She has a passion for Irish and Celtic music, which she mixes in with her own styles. Halley would be honored to perform at your celebration and would love to hear from you.
