I loved working with the Hair Shoppe and Spa. My makeup and hair come our exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. I had my 6 bridesmaids and my mother get their hair done as well, they turned out really well. Some of my girls showed photos of their inspiration, and even those the hair style came out looking great, it wasn't as close to the inspiration as they would of like. We got to use the bridal room to put out coffee and bagels, that was really nice to have a place we could all hang out at. Overall it was a great experience and everyone was very friendly.

Quality of Service - I paid to have a practice hair updo 2 days before the wedding when I had my nails done. The girl did a great job with a simple hair updo. It wasn't what I really wanted though. It sufficed on the day of but I quickly found out she wasn't very skilled at anything beyond the basics in formal hairstyles. She didn't really have much creativity, I showed her a picture and she couldn't make my hair work so it was pretty standard. - My nails chipped within the first 24hours and I paid extra to get their "new" nail treatment. They fixed them again Friday and by Saturday morning my nails were wrecked again. I had to go down the aisle with chipped nails.

Responsiveness - The receptionist, they don't have a wedding party coordinator, always helped me schedule new appointments and would call me back to confirm appointments.

Professionalism - It's what someone might call fancy inside but the girls at the front desk wear whatever they want. The hairdressers, ect. seem professional.

Value for Cost - The nails chipped and I paid alot....Hmm I guess not a great value, since I didn't get what I wanted and I paid alot for it.

Flexibility - They were super flexible about getting me into new appointment slots. They won't book more than 2 months out.
