Not reliable

We contacted this Vendor MONTHS in advance for chairs for our wedding. They said they could provide those for us, and asked what date. Very quick responses. I let them know what time to drop the chairs off, and then we did not get a response back. Thinking they were good with that plan, I double-checked (Thankfully) that we were still set up for the day scheduled. NOPE- they forgot about us because they didn't check their app for responses...for months. They said sorry, you slipped through the cracks and we already booked that day. So, days before our wedding we are scrambling to find a vendor for our wedding chairs. Totally unreliable and EXTREMELY disappointed by the service. Never again.
