I had a great experience using Gray Line for my wedding party transportation. We used a 25 passenger shuttle and went all over town to take pictures. The driver was great and knew exactly where to go. Working to book as also really easy and they honored a quote even though it took me months to bite the bullet and book them. It was a great decision and I'm so glad we had a shuttle for the bridal party... no one got lost or was late!

We hired gray line trolleys to transport our large wedding party (32 people) and it worked out great. They are hard to get in touch with when booking but ultimately very worth it and they have trolleys of all different sizes.

We rented a mini-bus and it worked out great for us to transport the wedding party and their spouses between venues.

I used Gray Line Tours to rent a 56 passenger shuttle bus for my guests to be shuttled back and forth from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. It was very hard to reach anyone at the business to put down a deposit and to pay off the remaining balance. I was transferred multiple times, placed on hold just to be told they were not able to help me, and left multiple voicemails to never get a return phone call. They were flexible by adding an additional drop off after the reception (some of us continued to party at a local bar), however the second trip from the hotel to the venue was 20 minutes late. My guests missed the whole wedding ceremony except the kiss and the driver pulled up creating a lot of noise and commotion. It was an excellent service for the price, but I would make sure you are very clear with your expectations and wishes.

Management is the worst buses will brake down and barely even be clean. Buses have a very bad smell and they are not dumping like they should. Management only cares about the money not the safety or people

We hired Gray Line to shuttle guests to and from our daughter's wedding venue for their convenience and safety. The Gray Line driver, after being warned by passengers that she was driving too fast, hit an inanimate object with the side of the shuttle, causing the window to shatter and pieces of glass to shower onto passengers. Gray Line never had anyone in management call to see whether anyone was hurt, or call to say “we’re really sorry this happened on your daughter’s wedding day,” expressly refused to provide video of the incident, and didn’t give us copies of the investigation report we were told they had prepared. They did send a check for half the fee for the shuttle service, and they did have their insurance representative send an email. They did have a nice lady who said she worked in safety call. She didn’t really have authority to do or say anything meaningful. Those are the facts. Decide for yourself whether you would use them for your event.

Bus that was provided to shuttle the wedding party was not the one that was ordered. It was also very old and very HOT, especially in August. The driver also took some wrong exits on and off the highway despite my sister telling him exactly where to go and he made us late.
The buses were supposed to pick up guests at the hotels, take them to the reception site, and then take them back at two different times for pick up from the hotels and two different times from the reception site.
They were always late. They also dropped people off at the wrong entrance and guests were lost. Then, the last bus said he needed to be somewhere!!! They wanted to leave EARLY! This was totally unacceptable and required 4 different people including both my parents to go out to the busses to argue with the driver and convince him to stay until his contract said! I am not sure if the football game going on downtown made the service we got worse than normal, but (especially for the price) I would never use them again.
