Living in California it was hard to figure out a good wedding reception after our Venetian ceremony. Wedding wire suggested the Grand Lux Cafe. I informed my coordinator about my interest and Rich reached out immediately. He was so patient with my gazillion questions and accommodating to everything I wanted to do. Having never eaten at the restaurant I was a little nervous, but he helped me pick out the menu. The day of went so smoothly!! Everybody raved about the food and left stuffed! Many people took home the left over appetizers. The service was top notch. I heard from our guests that they accommodated their preferences without any issue. We weren’t able to do an open bar and decided on two alcoholic beverages per adult. I was honestly stressed somebody would mess up and we’d get overcharged. Thankfully there were no issues with this! The private room itself was gorgeous and went with our color scheme. When it was over the wait staff had already washed our cake serving kit and placed it back in the box. They also helped us pack up all our items. Not enough stars to describe the service! We had 40 guests and brought in a DJ. We had an arch brought in from our ceremony and they accommodated this easily for us. You also can't beat the price for a wedding reception! Our reception was less money than our 10 minute ceremony at the Venetian! We were overjoyed with the way everything turned out. Highly recommend!

We has our reception for 38 at Grand Lux Cafe in the private room at the Palazzo. Rich was amazing! He made everything seem so simple. Planning a wedding long distance meant alot of emails. He was always really responsive and made everything seem easy for them to do. When we met him in person prior to the reception, he is a genuinely good guy! He made us feel welcome and put the focus on having a great reception, not increasing the bill. Our event went off without a hitch! Our guests are still talking about all the food we had served, especially the Asian Nachos! We had enough room for dancing, toasts and for everyone to have an amazing time without breaking the budget. Thank you so much Rich!

We rented the venue for our wedding "reception" dinner. Rich, Karen and the rest of the crew made our day so special and it ran so smoothly. Everyone we dealt with at this venue was so pleasant, professional, and the food was amazing!! We rented out the Private Dining Room at the Palazzo for our small group of 25 and it was perfect for us. We had 3 guests who were under 3 and they were able to run around, play with their toy cars on the ground, and keep themselves occupied while the adults had dinner and did a little socializing during the reception dinner. The servers didn't fuss one bit about the children playing around. We chose this venue for the affordability of a private venue and the huge menu (for the 25 of us). We also loved the ambiance and decor throughout the restaurant.

My wife and I held our wedding welcome reception/rehearsal dinner in the private room of Grand Lux Cafe Palazzo on 11/13/14 and we couldn't be more thrilled with our decision! The food and service were FANTASTIC and working with the Director of Events Rich Loska was a true pleasure. When you host your event here.. order the filet mignon.. our 32 guests are still raving about it!

Grand Lux Palazzo is a gem and not only would we recommend it for a rehearsal dinner, but it would be a wonderful venue for your reception as well. ( we had 34 total people with a DJ and there was MORE than enough room for dancing/entertaining/ etc. Just a great place!!!!

What a beautiful place to have a small wedding reception! Rich and his team did a fabulous job coordinating our reception. The service and set up was fantastic. And, the meal was absolutely wonderful!

We held our dinner reception in the Private room; I customized the room by adding table overlays and runners, vases with LED candles, and mercury glass votives. They print out customized menus with the Bride and Grooms name and the menu selections. Rich Loska the General Manager was really easy to work with, and Karen the banquet coordinator was excellent. We went to Vegas in June to do a tasting before selecting our menu, the food was excellent and portions are huge we had 4 appetizers, salad and the main entrée plus bread and beverages. For the price and the portions sizes I would highly recommend this venue there is a $1500 minimum for the private room. Karen the coordinator asked me how I wanted my tables and she handled the décor which exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the service was impeccable. My guests are still talking about how good the food was and the portion sizes.

The room was private and set up to allow for maximum interaction between our guests and at the same time allow for enough open space for the kids to be able to dance and expend energy. The food was incredible and the wait staff were very attentive and saw to our every wish. Our guests were extremely impressed and thanked us many times for an amazing dinner! Package was affordable while still being elegant.

We rented the private room of Grand Lux located inside the Palazzo. The food and drinks were amazing and the private room was beautiful! We only had 2 servers and we were a bit worried about 30ppl but they ran like a well oiled machine! They let my mom and friends in an hour before to decorate and even had some people help them. Rich was so nice to work with and our day of contact Karen was a blessing!
