Chef Vincent is an award-winning chef with years of experience in creating elegant Weddings, Corporate Events, and Social Events.
Chef Vincent believes in working with each client to create the budget, menu, and theme of the event that best fits your needs.
The chef's experience includes over 25 years of experience creating weddings and events, he has also served as the executive chef for professional baseball teams and has catered events for Fortune 500 companies.
He also created western theme events at an historic ranch at Yellowstone National Park.
Winner of multiple awards including 5 Taste Awards and 6 Telly Awards Chef Vincent is the host of The Wiseguy Kitchen Show on Amazon Prime Video.
Paola is your Event/"Day-of" Coordinator, and primary contact. She is a native of Honduras with excellent bi-lingual skills. Her charm, infectious smile, and knowledge of the property instills confidence in the bride that her day will be perfect. Paola lives on property making coordinating tours convenient. She is assisted and supported by Dr. Bear who has had hands-on experience with more than 500 weddings, and Chef Vince even more. Paola, Dr. Bear, and Chef Vincent are vastly experienced and passionate about weddings. Along with our elegant venue, we will make your wedding a dream come true.
Dr. Bear is a former Master Photographer who spent years working as a carriage-trade wedding photographer and restauratuer. While he no longer practices these trades, his years of experience with brides will prove a value to you. Today, he is not only the owner of Graceland Wedding & Event Center, he is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
