Grace was, in short, phenomenal. She walked my then boyfriend (now fiance) through purchasing an engagement band. She hand picked the stones, created images for him to see first, and kept him in constant contact with her and her progress. She even made a matching wedding band and discounted it for him.

After saying yes, I asked my fiance where he found such a stunning ring, as I wanted another matching band in his birthstone, and of course to purchase his wedding band. I contacted her soon after, and she immediately remembered my fiance, and of course the piece she worked on.

The best part is, we live in CA and she is based in NH. She made the drama of making such a large purchase online, incredibly worry-free and easy. I never knew that spending so much money could be so carefree. But, honestly, with Grace, you don't have to worry about a thing. She keeps you in the loop, and will even send you an appraisal with your purchase.

She custom made pieces for us, and I am currently in the works of possibly having some jewelry custom-made for the big day. She is a joy to work with, incredibly genuine, and sincerely wants to make sure her clients are happy.

Though I wasn't the first of us to contact her, I love her and her work, and we have found a jeweler that will be with us for years to come.
