We met with Betsy. She was great. We sampled a few cakes before settling on the champagne cake. It was delicious. She made a beautiful cake for display with a sheet cake to serve guests. She was incredibly flexible & prompt in answering all of our questions. She supplies a cake display and worked with us to help understand our vision. I high reccomend Gourmet Provence!

Betsy and Gourmet Provence were amazing. We planned our wedding from out of state, so all of our communications were via email. Betsy provided various color and flavor options and price points for the designs we envisioned, and the final product was absolutely beautiful. Our wedding cake was absolutely perfect. Three tiers of deliciousness that was just what we had wanted. For our tasting, they made little mini cakes of whichever we wanted and allowed us to bring them home and taste them (word to the wise, let them warm up before eating them). This allowed us to taste them and debate with the entire family which cake was best. When we finally decided, the cake was beautiful and delicious! Definitely recommended.

Our wedding cake was amazing!! It was exactly what we were hoping for and tasted truly incredible. I've never had such a delicious cake in my life! The cake tasting went very well and I loved how accommodating they were to our tastes!
