About
Artful Design. Grown in the Sierras.
Most florists buy flowers, but we understand them from the soil up. Founded by Brittany—a professional agronomist with a Master’s in Agricultural Science, Golden Flowers is a premier Lake Tahoe wedding florist specializing in sculptural, editorial, and sustainable design.
Our journey began in the world of large-scale agriculture, taking us from the markets of Los Angeles to the design studios of Paris for design and art training. Today, we combine that technical expertise with a passion for sustainable Lake Tahoe flowers, prioritizing cretaing florals in line with nature's rhythms.
We believe the most beautiful weddings are rooted in the local landscape. On our farm, we grow a curated selection of specialty blooms specifically for our clients:
-
Spring: Ranunculus, Anemones, and Specialty Tulips.
-
Summer: Peonies, Dahlias, and Sweet Peas.
We are family-owned and operated, rooted in a love for the Sierra Nevadas. After getting married at the Hellman-Ehrman Estate at Sugar Pine Point, we chose to raise our family in the mountains we love.
Whether we’re designing a high-scale installation in Truckee or an elopment bouquet for a wedding in Incline Village, our goal is to bring the "Nature’s Canvas" of the Tahoe basin into everything we create.
