My husband and I loved working with Sylwia. From the first initial call, Sylwia was so friendly and genuinely excited to help us plan our wedding. She was so excited which made us even more excited! We hired Sylwia for month of wedding coordination and planning services. Although we hired her for month of services she kept in contact throughout the year checking in on us, assisting us with questions and logistics, etc. Working with her truly was a dream. Additionally, Sylwia has extensive contacts in the Vail area which made planning our wedding easier. It is great when the vendors know each other as things will go smoother the day of. She is incredibly detail oriented thinking of the little things that we over looked (e.g. processional order, napkin folds, etc)!!! Her and her husband, Jeff, are truly a dynamic duo. Having them as our planner and DJ made things go seamlessly. Overall the weekend went perfect thanks to Slywia. Highly recommend her services. Thank you, Sylwia! ☺️

Sylwia is incredible. She really listens to how you want the day to run and executes on that vision. I would definitely recommend her to any bride! She also lives in Vail and knows Vail like the back of her hand. We loved Sylwia so much!!

We got married this year in Vail, and Sylwia was absolutely incredible! Our wedding was a big production. We had lots of moving parts, locations, and details to manage. We moved all around Vail, from the bottom to the top, and back down again. Luckily Sylwia is an absolute pro and easily helped weave everything together for us. She was  fully on board with our vision and helped take the pressure off of coordinating everything. After several video calls, it was like seeing a friend you haven’t seen in awhile when we finally met. While lots of work, we really enjoyed that planning aspect. Sylwia made it fun for my wife and I. All credit to Sylwia for staying organized, responding fast, keeping it real with us, and sharing her local insights.

The day of, it let us stay completely focused on the moment and enjoy the present as she managed vendors and all the action behind the scenes. It was truly incredible to experience the day after all the planning and care that went into it! Sylwia did a great job throughout the wedding weekend. Keeping all the vendors, friends, and family on track was no easy feat. Sylwia handled every detail with grace, professionalism, and an energetic smile as she helped ensure the day went smooth. Our friends and family had a blast. My wife and I had the best day of our lives. We couldn’t have done it without her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone getting married!

We cannot say enough great things about Sylwia. She was so attentive, punctual, communicative, and was just all around a beautiful person. She was great to work with and balanced giving suggestions with respecting our vision. She helped us plan from across the country, and made everything so easy. She was very reasonably priced for how much she helped us (we had her as a “month of planner” but she helped us for 1.5 years). She went out of her way to make Zoom calls, meet up at our venue and even stopped by on the day of our wedding while we were getting ready to check in. She made EVERY guest feel seen and catered to during our ceremony and reception. Her expertise is unparalleled and her work ethic is unmatched. We would recommend her 11 times out of 10!

Sylwia was absolutely incredible! I was planning from out of state and she went above and beyond to help me in the months leading up to our day. On wedding day, she was calm, collected and every single detail went perfectly! I got so many compliments from guests not just about how beautiful the wedding was but about how amazing and sweet Sylwia was. Her husband was also our DJ and the two of them together make a fantastic team!

Sylwia coordinated our wedding in June at the Vail golf club. We truly can't thank her enough! From the very beginning, she was kind, organized, and incredibly supportive.
