So happy I picked this Venue! Sonya was the absolute best! From the first consultation to wedding day! She kept me at ease when I was losing my mind. She made everything easy. All I had to do is show up. My wedding was Beautiful. I pick the hottest day to get married but you wouldn't have known it! The venue was very comfortable and the food was AMAZING! Everyone kept talking about the fish! Lol. I picked the right place to make my wedding day magical. Thanks again Glenross Golf Club and especially Thamknyou Sonya for making my vision come life

Glenross Golf Club was absolutely wonderful! Matt, the main person a bride will be working with, was my favorite vendor to deal with. The bride's needs come first, and they will do anything and everything they can to meet her needs. The food is delicious and fresh and the value for the venue is unbeatable. They should definitely be charging more for it. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the site and the staff (Matt!) are at Glenross. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working the day of my wedding, which made the venue unbearably hot. If the air is working, I would recommend this venue every month of the year, if not, a fall/winter/spring wedding would be best. Thank you Glenross for ALL your hard-work throughout my very demanding wedding planning. You guys ROCK!

Glenross was a perfect place for our wedding! It is extremely beautiful for a golf club. The hall has a very warm feeling, not like those conference centers! The food was delicious and all our guests loved it! Sonya is very easy to work with! We are so glad we picked Glenross! We looked at nearly 10 places and Glenross was an easy choice!

Glenross has a super pretty indoor event space and patio. Our ceremony was on the patio and our reception was in the party room. We had some tables set up on the patio after the ceremony so guests could hang out outside if they wanted. Their prices were the best around, and the food was delicious!!! The reception room fit 200 guests (which included the bridal party) pretty comfortably and the dance floor was plenty big even with a lot of our guests dancing all night. Some of the not so good things were that they were not very accommodating. For example, we asked about renting their club room for a cocktail hour before the reception and they said no, even though we were willing to pay extra. Also, while they were pretty much on top of everything on the day of, they did forget to refill our cooler with water bottles we purchased for our guests before the ceremony, so we had more than 100 left to schlep home. In addition, we suggested they may want to have an extra bartender because we had a lot of guests and a lot of them drink. They didn't and the bar line ended up being really long, which is what we wanted to avoid. One other thing was that the reception room got really hot (before any dancing started). The AC just wasn't powerful enough. We had paper fans for our guests though that we purchased for the ceremony since it was outside so they just used those and were fine. Also, Glenross gave us an extra hour of open bar time to make up for the uncomfortable heat and the long wait at the bar. Overall I would recommend Glenross. They just weren't as easy or enjoyable to work with as some of our other vendors.

Facility is beautiful and very affordable compared to other places in the area. Food was great and is included in venue price.

I would recommend to serve guests 'plate-style'. We did a buffet and they did not make enough food. We ordered food for 175 people, 155 ended up coming... and yet 30 people barely had anything to eat. The workers did try and make it right by making pizzas- but some people still did not get to eat. They also had mostly new people working our wedding- they were not very helpful and not very friendly to our guests.
Overall though it was a BEAUTIFUL venue for a good value. The food that people did get to eat was delicious. One of the great things is it didn't need much decorating because the place is beautiful in and of itself (which saved quite a bit of money).

If you plan to have your wedding in any month where it is warm outside, then DO NOT have your wedding at Glenross. Their reception facility cannot handle the heat and our guests and family were so uncomfortable they left before dinner and immediately after. We tried to work with Glenross to fix the situation and nothing was done. I am disappointed of how the staff and facility treated our guests and us, I would not recommend this place to anyone if they want to have a nice comfortable reception.
