Geneva Point Center was the perfect wedding venue for us. We wanted something that was beautiful & outdoorsy with enough flexibility to allow us to plan our day, our way. We were able to hold the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception all on site (along with a three hour afternoon interlude for lawn games). In addition, the majority of our guests stayed on site -- so we did not need to worry about transport the whole weekend.

Natalie was SO helpful in making sure we had thought of everything.
The staff are some of the nicest people I have every met. The day before our wedding the staff were there to help us with hanging lights on trees, putting tables in the right order, setting up the canoe to hold the beer & wine (yes--- they have a beer canoe!).

A word of warning- this is a do-it-yourself wedding venue. You have to be up for the challenge of doing all the decorations, hiring the caterer, working with the Caterer & GPC to make sure that they can cater the event, warning your relatives that the lodging is 'camp-like' and not a 4-star hotel.

If you want a wonderful, gorgeous outdoor wedding on Lake Winnipesaukee, and are willing to put in the work yourself, you will be well-rewarded.
