Hiring Gavin as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made. The photos of our venue from his blog were actually what convinced us to pick the venue (and Bermuda!) as the site for our destination wedding. When it came time to choose a photographer, we of course wanted Gavin, and it was a relief when he was available.

Gavin was so professional yet fun and friendly. My husband is not a fan of having photos taken, but under Gavin’s skilled and relaxed guidance, he was so comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves! Numerous guests later told us unprompted how they were really impressed by our photographer.

Our welcome dinner and wedding day photos are INCREDIBLE. Honestly, words can’t describe how beautiful they are. Gavin has this special touch that makes everything and everyone look true to life yet gorgeous and joyous. The photos we received were everything we wanted and more, and they truly are a testament to his talent. Additionally, he got us the 1000+ photos (somehow every single one amazing) in under 2 weeks! We were happily surprised at the turnaround time. Our guests yet again told us that we lucked out with an exceptional photographer after seeing the photos.

Our only sadness is that we won’t get another chance to work with Gavin unless we go back to Bermuda. I guess working with him again is a good excuse to travel back to our now-favorite little island!

Gavin was phenomenal to work with for our Bermuda destination wedding! He works quickly and calmly and you really don't realize he is right there getting his shots. We had completely unexpected rain immediately after our ceremony, and Gavin eagerly suggested we get together the next day for a beach shoot at our venue. We were happy to oblige! Our photos are beautiful and Gavin turned them around extremely quickly. All in all, a fantastic experience! Thank you, Gavin!!

We hired Gavin for our wedding, and it's one of the best decisions we made. He's incredibly easy to work with (we were planning our wedding from the US), and made taking pictures on our wedding day so fun and painless. Everyone has complimented us on how beautiful our pictures turned out and we keep finding new favorites each time we look through them.

Flying to Bermuda from Florida, and knowing photos were one of the most important things to me as a future Bride, I was very nervous. We flew down in Jan 19', met with Gavin, and I immediately knew I could relax. We flew down again for our wedding a few weeks ago (Oct 19') and he shot our engagement session a few days before our wedding. It was so nice shooting with Gavin. Let's just say that my husband's least favorite thing is taking photos and he even had fun! The session helped us both get acclimated to what it would be like on our special day, and seeing how Gavin made our shoot fun, adventurous, and creative... we were now even more excited and relaxed for our wedding day. Our wedding came... along with 30MPH crazy winds and we had to make a few last minute changes. With Gavin being so calm and confident that everything was still going to be amazing, this bride (normally a control freak) completely let go, went with the flow and now I can't imagine it any differently. He asked us multiple times if we would still be comfortable doing so, but he knew it was very important to me to climb down the rocky stairs of SandyMount, climb on the cliffs/rocks, with the waves crashing around us, and we of course said yes! Dress ruined and all..... his photo delivery (1 week later) was everything we ever hoped and dreamed of! Gavin is a class act, professional, super laid back, up for anything, unbelievable photographer. And his passion for his work is evident the second you meet him. So thankful for our experience with him.

We had a destination wedding in Bermuda. We told our wedding planner that the most important thing to us was the pictures because they are the only thing we will have to show the people who weren’t able to come. She said that she had the perfect photographer in mind who she knew would deliver beautiful pictures.... and boy was she right! Gavin got al the pictures we wanted and so many more. Gavin was the photographer for our beach wedding this spring and we were immensely happy with every aspect of his work. He was professional, easy to work with and provided a great experience. Gavin captured our wedding day perfectly. We could not be happier with all of our pictures! In addition to our wedding day, he also took our engagement pictures and our rehearsal dinner. He is friendly, professional and easy to work with. A couple weeks before our wedding we got together to discuss the wedding day and order of events so he could ensure we were all on the same page and to discuss any specific pictures we’d like taken. He made the process so easy and we completely trusted his suggestions for us. He is definetly one of the best in Bermuda. We definetly would recommend Gavin for any wedding related pictures!

Gavin contacted us ahead of our wedding day to check whether we had any specific requests, we didn't but did ask for him to provide our older guests with clear instructions to make sure we didn't waste any valuable time and were able to get some great pictures with everyone.

Gavin is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were planning our destination wedding in Bermuda and Gavin was one of many photographers I reached out to initially and he replied promptly and with responses to all my questions (unlike the others, if they even responded at all). This was our first time to Bermuda so he had great advice and even was able to tell us about the best spots for photos near where we were staying and best times of day during the time we planned to marry, he practically planned our event, we took all his advice and don't regret a single one, he even recommended the pastor who was also amazing! When it came to picture time, my husband and I are not the best subjects and very awkward in pictures, but Gavin made it so easy and made us so comfortable he gave us direction but also understood when we wanted particular shots and made them work, he was honest and taught both of us how to stand or look to make the photos great, and they were great, they captured not only our posed photos but such great candid photos of me and my husband laughing and smiling at each other. I have been a bridesmaid in many (understatement, many many) weddings and a lot of times the photographers just go through the motions and check off the boxes Gavin by far outshines the many other photographers I have worked with. He is not only talented but very nice and someone great to have present on your special day, I cannot recommend him enough!
